A. If the fault is identified by the crew observation:
CFDIU uploading is not possible.
(1) Do a check for of the aircraft wiring between the ROUTING BOX-DATA LOADING [102TD] and CFDIU [1TW] ASM 313801:
(a) pin B/3 (102TD) to pin AA/7A (1TW).
(b) pin A/44 (102TD) to pin AB/11K (1TW).
(c) pin B/4 (102TD) to pin AA/9A (1TW).
(2) Do a check of the aircraft wiring between the portable data loader plug connector and CFDIU [1TW] ASM 313801:
Subtask 31-38-00-710-058-A CFDIU uploading is not possible.
(1) Do a check for of the aircraft wiring between the ROUTING BOX-DATA LOADING [102TD] and CFDIU [1TW] ASM 313801:
(a) pin B/3 (102TD) to pin AA/7A (1TW).
(b) pin A/44 (102TD) to pin AB/11K (1TW).
(c) pin B/4 (102TD) to pin AA/9A (1TW).
(2) Do a check of the aircraft wiring between the portable data loader plug connector and CFDIU [1TW] ASM 313801:
- pin 2137VC/24, 25 to pin AA/9F, 9G (1TW).
- pin 2137VC/12, 13 to pin AA/11F, 11G (1TW).
- replace the ROUTING BOX-DATA LOADING [102TD] AMM 31-38-34-000-001 and AMM 31-38-34-400-001.
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
