3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 31-36-00-740-174-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Do the FDIMU (10TV) fault monitoring test (AIDS-Part) AMM 31-36-00-740-012.

NOTE: Make sure that the circuit breakers 5TV, 4FP2, 5FP2, 6FP2, 10FP on the panel 121VU and 4FP1, 5FP1 on the panel 49VU and 6FP1 on the panel 105VU are closed during the test.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 31-36-00-810-115-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives the maintenance message:

ADIRU1 (1FP1)/FDIMU (10TV) or
ADIRU2 (1FP2)/FDIMU (10TV) or
ADIRU3 (1FP3)/FDIMU (10TV)

(1) Do the BITE Test of the Air Data/Internal Reference System (ADIRS) AMM 34-13-00-740-002 and AMM 34-14-00-740-001.

(a) If the test gives a different maintenance message, you can find the related trouble shooting procedure in the applicable Page Block 201.

(2) If the fault continues:

do a check and if necessary repair the wiring between the ADIRU-1 [1FP1] or ADIRU-2 [1FP2] or ADIRU-3 [1FP3] and the DMU/FDIU (FDIMU) [10TV] ASM 313701:

ADIRU 1 Connector AA/5A to FDIMU Connector AA/1G
ADIRU 1 Connector AA/5B to FDIMU Connector AA/1H
ADIRU 1 Connector AB/5E to FDIMU Connector AA/7A
ADIRU 1 Connector AB/6E to FDIMU Connector AA/7B
or
ADIRU 2 Connector AA/7A to FDIMU Connector AB/1G
ADIRU 2 Connector AA/7B to FDIMU Connector AB/1H
ADIRU 2 Connector AB/10C to FDIMU Connector AB/7A
ADIRU 2 Connector AB/11C to FDIMU Connector AB/7B
or
ADIRU 3 Connector AA/9A to FDIMU Connector AA/6J
ADIRU 3 Connector AA/9B to FDIMU Connector AA/6K
ADIRU 3 Connector AB/10C to FDIMU Connector AB/6J

(3) If the fault continues:

replace the FDIMU (10TV) AMM 31-36-34-000-002 and AMM 31-36-34-400-002.
