A. If the test gives the maintenance message DFDR PLAYBACK:
Subtask 31-33-00-810-055-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - do a check of the wiring ASM 313301, between:
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/7 and 1971VC connector A/56,
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/8 and 1971VC connector A/57,
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/9 and 1971VC connector A/58,
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/10 and 1971VC connector A/59,
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/22 and 1971VC connector A/54,
1971VC connector A/56 and FDIU (2TU) connector AA/9J,
1971VC connector A/57 and FDIU (2TU) connector AA/9K,
1971VC connector A/58 and FDIU (2TU) connector AA/9E,
1971VC connector A/59 and FDIU (2TU) connector AA/9F,
1971VC connector A/54 and FDIU (2TU) connector AB/9A.
- replace the DFDR [1TU] AMM 31-33-55-000-001 and AMM 31-33-55-400-002.
- replace the FDIU [2TU] AMM 31-33-34-000-001 and AMM 31-33-34-400-001.
A. If the test gives the maintenance message DFDR PLAYBACK:
Subtask 31-33-00-710-062-A - on the 21VU make sure that the RCDR GND CTL switch is on (blue light indicator is on).
- do a check and repair if necessary the wiring ASM 313301, between:
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/7 and FDIMU (10TV) connector AA/12G,
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/8 and FDIMU (10TV) connector AA/12H,
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/9 and FDIMU (10TV) connector AB/12G,
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/10 and FDIMU (10TV) connector AB/12H,
DFDR (1TU) connector AA/22 and FDIMU (10TV) connector AB/11E,
- replace the DFDR [1TU] AMM 31-33-55-000-001 and AMM 31-33-55-400-002.
- replace the DMU/FDIU (FDIMU) [10TV] AMM 31-36-34-000-002 and AMM 31-36-34-400-002.
B. Do the test given in paragraph 3.A. again to check the correct operation
(no maintenance message display).
