A. If the test gives the message:

B. If the test gives:
(2) If the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] operates:
(a) Look on the lower ECAM DU and do a check of the pressure indication.
(b) If the pressure is less than 1450 psi (99.9740 bar):
1 Do a check of the nitrogen charge pressure of the Yellow hydraulic power accumulator AMM 29-10-00-200-008:
a If necessary, replace the HYD ACCU YELLOW [3070GM] AMM 29-13-42-000-001 and AMM 29-13-42-400-001.
2 If the fault continues:
a Replace the CHECK VALVE-ENG 2 PUMP DELIVERY, Y [3050GM] AMM 29-13-36-000-001 and AMM 29-13-36-400-001.
3 If the fault continues:
a Replace the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] AMM 29-24-51-000-001 and AMM 29-24-51-400-001.
4 If the fault continues:
a Replace the SDAC-1 [1WV1] and SDAC-2 [1WV2] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
(c) If the pressure is more than 1450 psi (99.9740 bar):
1 Replace the CHECK VALVE-ENG 2 PUMP DELIVERY, Y [3050GM] AMM 29-13-36-000-001 and AMM 29-13-36-400-001.
2 Do a check for continuity between the SYSTEM-PRESS-SW [3151GN] connector A/A and the connector A/C ASM 293201:
3 If there is continuity:
a Do a check of the wiring for a GND connection between the SYSTEM-PRESS-SW [3151GN] connector A/C ASM 293201 and the FWC connector AD/06E ASM 315202.
b If there is a GND connection:
(a) Do a check of the red indicator light on the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] .
(b) If the red indicator light is on:
2 Put the YELLOW ELEC PUMP P/BSW (3804GX) in the ON position (ON light comes on).
3 Look at the lower ECAM DU and examine if the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] operates.
4 If the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] does not operate and the red indicator light on the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] comes on again:
1 Do a check for 115 VAC between the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] connectors A/G and A/A, A/B, A/C ASM 292401.
2 If there are 115 VAC:
a Do a check for 28 VDC between the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] connectors A/G and A/D ASM 292401.
b If there are 28 VDC:
Subtask 29-24-00-710-051-A - The HYD Y ELEC PUMP LO PR on the upper ECAM DU.
- The triangle symbol of the Yellow E-pump on the HYD page of the lower ECAM DU in amber.
- The YELLOW ELEC PUMP P/BSW FAULT on panel 40VU.
(2) If the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] operates:
(a) Look on the lower ECAM DU and do a check of the pressure indication.
(b) If the pressure is less than 1450 psi (99.9740 bar):
1 Do a check of the nitrogen charge pressure of the Yellow hydraulic power accumulator AMM 29-10-00-200-008:
a If necessary, replace the HYD ACCU YELLOW [3070GM] AMM 29-13-42-000-001 and AMM 29-13-42-400-001.
2 If the fault continues:
a Replace the CHECK VALVE-ENG 2 PUMP DELIVERY, Y [3050GM] AMM 29-13-36-000-001 and AMM 29-13-36-400-001.
3 If the fault continues:
a Replace the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] AMM 29-24-51-000-001 and AMM 29-24-51-400-001.
4 If the fault continues:
a Replace the SDAC-1 [1WV1] and SDAC-2 [1WV2] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
(c) If the pressure is more than 1450 psi (99.9740 bar):
1 Replace the CHECK VALVE-ENG 2 PUMP DELIVERY, Y [3050GM] AMM 29-13-36-000-001 and AMM 29-13-36-400-001.
2 Do a check for continuity between the SYSTEM-PRESS-SW [3151GN] connector A/A and the connector A/C ASM 293201:
3 If there is continuity:
- Replace the SYSTEM-PRESS-SW [3151GN] AMM 29-32-12-000-003 and AMM 29-32-12-400-003.
a Do a check of the wiring for a GND connection between the SYSTEM-PRESS-SW [3151GN] connector A/C ASM 293201 and the FWC connector AD/06E ASM 315202.
b If there is a GND connection:
- Repair the wiring as neccesary.
(a) Do a check of the red indicator light on the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] .
(b) If the red indicator light is on:
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAVEL RANGES OF THE FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES ARE CLEAR BEFORE YOU PRESSURIZE/DEPRESSURIZE A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.
1 Put the YELLOW ELEC PUMP P/BSW (3804GX) on panel 40VU in the OFF position (OFF light is on and the red indicator light on the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] goes off). 2 Put the YELLOW ELEC PUMP P/BSW (3804GX) in the ON position (ON light comes on).
3 Look at the lower ECAM DU and examine if the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] operates.
4 If the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] does not operate and the red indicator light on the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] comes on again:
- Replace the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] AMM 29-24-51-000-001 and AMM 29-24-51-400-001.
- No further actions are necessary.
1 Do a check for 115 VAC between the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] connectors A/G and A/A, A/B, A/C ASM 292401.
2 If there are 115 VAC:
- Replace the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] AMM 29-24-51-000-001 and AMM 29-24-51-400-001.
a Do a check for 28 VDC between the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] connectors A/G and A/D ASM 292401.
b If there are 28 VDC:
- Replace the CURRENT TRANSFORMER [3807GX] AMM 29-24-15-000-001 and AMM 29-24-15-400-001.
- Replace the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] AMM 29-24-16-000-001 and AMM 29-24-16-400-001.
- Do a check of the wiring between the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] connector A/A, A/B, A/C and the CB (3801GX) ASM 292401.
- Replace the
RELAY-PHASE UNBAL DET & IND PWR SPLY (3812GX) .
- Replace the
RELAY FAULT-IND PWR SPLY (3810GX) .
- Replace the
RELAY-GEN PWR SPLY (3809GX) .
- Do a check of the wiring between the PACKAGE E-PUMP [3075GX] connector A/A, A/B, A/C and the CB (3802GX) ASM 292401.
- Do a check of the diodes 10/25 and 11/26 on 1156VD .
- Do a check of the wiring between the CURRENT UNBAL.DETECT. [3808GX] connector A/F and the CB (3803GX) and repair as necessary ASM 292401.
C. Test
(1) Do the test as given in Para. 3. A. to make sure that the operation is correct.
