A. Test
WARNING: PUT THE SAFETY DEVICES AND THE WARNING NOTICES IN POSITION BEFORE YOU START A TASK ON OR NEAR:
  • THE FLIGHT CONTROLS
  • THE FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES
  • THE LANDING GEAR AND THE RELATED DOORS
  • COMPONENTS THAT MOVE.
MOVEMENT OF COMPONENTS CAN KILL OR CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAVEL RANGES OF THE FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES ARE CLEAR BEFORE YOU PRESSURIZE/DEPRESSURIZE A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.
   (1) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system with the electric pump AMM 29-10-00-863-003.
   (2) Read the Blue hydraulic system pressure on the ECAM, if pressure is higher than normal go to Para 4.A.1.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 29-12-00-810-084-A
A. Procedure
   (1) If the test confirms the fault:
     (a) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system with the electric pump AMM 29-10-00-863-003:
  • If the pressure for the Blue hydraulic system is shown in the normal range on B SYS ACCU PRESS GAGE [2072GM] , go to step (2).
  • If the pressure for the Blue hydraulic system is shown higher than normal on the B SYS ACCU PRESS GAGE [2072GM] , go to step (6).
   (2) If the pressure for the Blue hydraulic system is shown in the normal range:
     (a) Replace the HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER [2065GN] AMM 29-32-11-000-002 and AMM 29-32-11-400-002.
     (b) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system AMM 29-10-00-863-003.
NOTE: You can use a ground supply or the Blue electric pump to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system.
   (3) If the fault continues:
     (a) Replace SDAC-1 [1WV1] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
     (b) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system AMM 29-10-00-863-003.
NOTE: You can use a ground supply or the Blue electric pump to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system.
   (4) If the fault continues:
     (a) Replace SDAC-2 [1WV2] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
     (b) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system AMM 29-10-00-863-003.
NOTE: You can use a ground supply or the Blue electric pump to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system.
   (5) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the applicable aircraft wiring and connectors ASM 293201 and ASM 315402 from:
  • The Blue hydraulic pressure transducer (2065GN) to the SDAC1 (1WV1)
  • The Blue hydraulic pressure transducer (2065GN) to the SDAC2 (1WV2)
  • The Blue hydraulic pressure transducer (2065GN) to GROUND.
     (b) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system AMM 29-10-00-863-003.
NOTE: You can use a ground supply or the Blue electric pump to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system.
   (6) If the pressure for the Blue hydraulic system is shown higher than normal:
     (a) Do a check of the filter element CASE DRAIN FILT.ELEC.PUMP B [2084GM] .
       1 Replace the filter element as necessary AMM 29-12-43-610-001.
   (7) If the fault continues:
     (a) Replace the PACKAGE E-PUMP [2075GJ] AMM 29-12-51-000-001 and AMM 29-12-51-400-001.
