3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 29-12-00-860-080-A
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
AMM 24-41-00-861-002.
   (2) Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
   (3) On MCDU panel:
     (a) Push the line key adjacent to the CFDS indication.
     (b) Push the line key adjacent to the LAST LEG REPORT.
     (c) If there is CFDS message B HYD AIR PRESS XMTR 2385GH, go to Para 3.B.

B. Fault conformation
   (1) For SDAC 1, do a check of the voltage between terminal block 1853VT , pin 32J and terminal block 1853VT , pin 32F.
   (2) If the voltage is below 1.0VDC or more than 9.0VDC, go to Para. 4.A.
   (3) For SDAC 2, do a check of the voltage between terminal block 1862VT , pin 33J and Terminal Block 1862VT , pin 33F.
   (4) If the voltage is below 1.0VDC or more than 9.0VDC, go to Para. 4.B.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 29-12-00-810-083-A
A. Do a check of, and replace and repair as necessary:
AWM 315412
   (1) The wiring between:
  • The terminal module 2749VT connector 33/E and the connector 45VC .
  • The connector 45VC , pin 27 and the terminal module 1853VT connector 33/K.
  • The terminal module 1853VT connector 33/E and the terminal module 1853VT connector 33/A.
  • The terminal module 1853VT connector 33/F and the terminal module 1853VT connector 32/B.
  • The terminal module 1853VT connector 32/A and the terminal module 1853VT connector 32/E.
    Check the pins of the connectors to make sure they are correctly attached and not bent, damaged or contaminated.
   (2) The wiring between SDAC-1 [1WV1] AB/11E and terminal block 1853VT connector 32/F.
Check the pins of the connector and the SDAC-1 [1WV1] to make sure they are correctly attached and not bent, damaged or contaminated.
   (3) The wiring between SDAC-1 [1WV1] AB/11F and terminal block 1853VT connector 32/J.
Check the pins of the connector and the SDAC-1 [1WV1] to make sure they are correctly attached and not bent, damaged or contaminated.
   (4) The resistor 69WV and resistor 71WV connected to terminal block 1853VT .
NOTE: The resistor 69WV has resistance 24 kiloohms. The resistor 71WV has resistance 62 kiloohms.
   (5) The ground signal on terminal block 1853VT pins 32/E, 32/J and 32/K.
   (6) Replace the SDAC-1 [1WV1] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.

B. Do a check of, and replace and repair as necessary:
AWM 315412
   (1) The wiring between:
  • The terminal module 2498VT connector 4/R and the connector 118VC .
  • The connector 118VC , pin 39 and the terminal module 1862VT connector 34/K.
  • The terminal module 1862VT connector 34/E and the terminal module 1862VT connector 34/A.
  • The terminal module 1862VT connector 34/F and the terminal module 1862VT connector 33/B.
  • The terminal module 1862VT connector 33/A and the terminal module 1862VT connector 33/E.
    Check the pins of the connectors to make sure they are correctly attached and not bent, damaged or contaminated.
   (2) The wiring between SDAC-2 [1WV2] AB/11E and terminal block 1862VT connector 33/F.
Check the pins of the connector and the SDAC-2 [1WV2] to make sure they are correctly attached and not bent, damaged or contaminated.
   (3) The wiring between SDAC-2 [1WV2] AB/11F and terminal block 1862VT connector 33/J.
Check the pins of the connector and the SDAC-2 [1WV2] to make sure they are correctly attached and not bent, damaged or contaminated.
   (4) The resistor 70WV and resistor 72WV connected to terminal block 1862VT .
NOTE: The resistor 70WV has resistance 24 kiloohms. The resistor 72WV has resistance 62 kiloohms.
   (5) The ground signal on terminal block 1862VT pins 33/E, 33/J and 33/K.
   (6) Replace the SDAC-2 [1WV2] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
