B. Test
(1) Do the Functional BITE Test (of the FLSS) AMM 28-46-00-740-001.
(a) Examine the FLSS STATUS page.
Look for one (or more) of the messages that follow:
Look for the (left wing forward ICTV) message XFR VALVE 27QM/70QM/9QP.
(b) If the message:
4. Fault Isolation(1) Do the Functional BITE Test (of the FLSS) AMM 28-46-00-740-001.
(a) Examine the FLSS STATUS page.
Look for one (or more) of the messages that follow:
- L LO LEVEL SENSOR 15QJ1
- R LO LEVEL SENSOR 16QJ2
- FLSCU1 7QJ
- FLSCU2 9QJ.
- is not shown, do step (2)
- is shown, trouble shoot the LRU(s) before you do step (2). Refer to the Fault Symptoms List/28-CFDS for the related Task number.
NOTE: The COMMAND FLSS BITE option does not test the intercell transfer valves (ICTVs).
NOTE: The ICTVs are motor driven and the electrical power for these circuits is supplied from 206PP, 28VDC, BUS 2 ASM 281502. The ICTVs will not operate on battery power.
(a) Examine the FLSS STATUS page. Look for the (left wing forward ICTV) message XFR VALVE 27QM/70QM/9QP.
(b) If the message:
- is shown, do Para. 4.A.
- is not shown, no work steps are necessary.

A. Procedure
(1) Make sure that the C/B 3QP is closed.
(2) Open the C/B 4QP.
(3) Get access to the ACTUATOR-TRANSFER VALVE, L FWD SPAR (9QP) AMM 28-15-51-000-001.
(4) Disconnect the electrical connector 9QP-A from the ACTUATOR-TRANSFER VALVE, L FWD SPAR (9QP).
(5) Do a test, with a MULTIMETER - STANDARD, to see if 28VDC is available at pin A of the connector 9QP-A ASM 281502.
(a) If the 28VDC:
(a) When the actuator is removed from the aircraft make sure that the transfer valve drive shaft and valve are free to rotate.
(b) Repair/replace all the unserviceable items found in (a).
(c) Do the test given in Para. 3.B.(2).
(7) Close the C/B 4QP.
(8) Do a test, with a multimeter, to make sure that 28VDC is available at the RELAY-L WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL B (7QP) terminals A2 and X1 ASM 281502.
