(1) Do a reset of the WTBs of the Flap System AMM 27-50-00-869-006.
(2) If you start the APU with the batteries it is possible that the ECAM warning "F/CTL FLAPS LOCKED" is shown.
(b) If applicable, replace the related SFCC SLAT/FLAP CONTR.COMP. [21CV] or SLAT/FLAP CONTR.COMP. [22CV]
AMM 27-51-34-000-001 and AMM 27-51-34-400-001.
(3) If step (2) is not applicable, do a BITE test of SFCC 1 and 2 AMM 27-51-00-740-002:
(a) If you get a 'NO RESPONSE' message when you select the SFCC menu or if the menu cannot load, replace the related SFCC.
(1) Do a reset of the WTBs of the Flap System AMM 27-50-00-869-006.
(2) If you start the APU with the batteries it is possible that the ECAM warning "F/CTL FLAPS LOCKED" is shown.
NOTE: The ECAM warning "F/CTL SLATS LOCKED" can also show.
(a) Refer to the TFU 27-51-34-026 and do a check of the SFCC part numbers and serial numbers. (b) If applicable, replace the related SFCC SLAT/FLAP CONTR.COMP. [21CV] or SLAT/FLAP CONTR.COMP. [22CV]
AMM 27-51-34-000-001 and AMM 27-51-34-400-001.

(a) If you get a 'NO RESPONSE' message when you select the SFCC menu or if the menu cannot load, replace the related SFCC.
- Do a check of the part number for the removed SFCC.
- If the part number is 49-170-11, write the applicable information on the repair tag: NO RESPONSE via MCDU or SFCC MENU CANNOT LOAD.
NOTE: This information is important for the repair shop to do the repair (as given in BAE System vSIL 067).
(b) If the test gives a fault message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to this fault message.
