Subtask 27-10-00-860-104-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Side Stick Identification
(1) Do the identification of the side stick installed on the aircraft AMM 27-92-41-860-801.
(a) If a new-generation side-stick unit is installed on the aircraft, refer to the trouble shooting procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 27-10-00-810-844).
(b) If the side stick installed on the aircraft is not a new-generation side-stick unit, continue this procedure.
Subtask 27-10-00-860-104-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do the identification of the side stick installed on the aircraft AMM 27-92-41-860-801.
(a) If a new-generation side-stick unit is installed on the aircraft, refer to the trouble shooting procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 27-10-00-810-844).
(b) If the side stick installed on the aircraft is not a new-generation side-stick unit, continue this procedure.
A. Side Stick Identification
(1) If the ELAC2 AIL ORDER DISAGREE maintenance message is shown in flight phase 08 (PH08):
(a) On the overhead panel, on the FLT CTL panel 24VU: release, then push the FLT CTL/ELAC2 pushbutton switch.
(b) Make an entry in the logbook to monitor the aircraft during the subsequent flight.
(c) During the subsequent flight:
(a) If a new-generation side-stick unit is installed on the aircraft, refer to the trouble shooting procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 27-10-00-810-844).
(b) If the side stick installed on the aircraft is not a new-generation side-stick unit, continue this procedure.
Subtask 27-10-00-700-070-A (1) If the ELAC2 AIL ORDER DISAGREE maintenance message is shown in flight phase 08 (PH08):
(a) On the overhead panel, on the FLT CTL panel 24VU: release, then push the FLT CTL/ELAC2 pushbutton switch.
(b) Make an entry in the logbook to monitor the aircraft during the subsequent flight.
(c) During the subsequent flight:
- If the fault occurs again, continue the trouble shooting procedure.
(a) If a new-generation side-stick unit is installed on the aircraft, refer to the trouble shooting procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 27-10-00-810-844).
(b) If the side stick installed on the aircraft is not a new-generation side-stick unit, continue this procedure.
B. Test
(1) Not applicable, you cannot confirm this fault on the ground.
4. Fault Isolation(1) Not applicable, you cannot confirm this fault on the ground.
Subtask 27-10-00-810-063-A
A. If the post flight report gives the maintenance message:
ELAC 2 AIL ORDER DISAGREE
(1) Replace the ELAC-2 [2CE2] AMM 27-93-34-000-001 and AMM 27-93-34-400-001.
(2) During the subsequent flight, if the fault occurs again:
ELAC 2 AIL ORDER DISAGREE
(1) Replace the ELAC-2 [2CE2] AMM 27-93-34-000-001 and AMM 27-93-34-400-001.
(2) During the subsequent flight, if the fault occurs again:
- Replace the SSTU-ROLL CTL, CAPT [4CE1] and SSTU-ROLL CTL, F/O [4CE2] AMM 27-92-41-000-002 and AMM 27-92-41-400-002.
- Do a visual inspection for quality of the contacts related to these wirings:
ANI 1-3 of ELAC-1 and ELAC-2 (COM and MON part) ,ANI 1-4 of ELAC-1 and ELAC-2 (COM and MON part) ASM 279212.
