A. Do the operational test of the cargo-compartment fire-extinguishing system AMM 26-23-00-710-001.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 26-23-00-810-068-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives a different maintenance message:

Do the troubleshooting procedure related to the maintenance message.

Subtask 26-23-00-810-069-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. If the test gives the maintenance message CRG FIRE BTL 2 FWD SQUIB:

Replace the CARTRIDGE FWD, BOTTLE 2 AMM 26-23-42-000-004 and AMM 26-23-42-400-004.

(1) If the fault continues:

Replace the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] AMM 23-73-34-000-001 and AMM 23-73-34-400-001.

(2) If the fault continues:

Replace the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] AMM 23-73-34-000-001 and AMM 23-73-34-400-001.

(3) If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. BOTTLE 2 (4020WX) connector C/B and DIR-CIDS 1 (101RH) connector AA/4D.
. BOTTLE 2 (4020WX) connector C/B and DIR-CIDS 2 (102RH) connector AA/4D.
. BOTTLE 2 (4020WX) connector C/A and GND ASM 262301.

(4) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the P/B switch DISCH (5WX) and replace it, if necessary ASM 262301.

Subtask 26-23-00-810-069-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. If the test gives the maintenance message CRG FIRE BTL 2 FWD SQUIB:
(1) Replace the CARTRIDGE FWD, BOTTLE 2 AMM 26-23-41-000-005 and AMM 26-23-41-400-005.
(2) If the fault continues:

Replace the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] AMM 23-73-34-000-001 and AMM 23-73-34-400-001.

(3) If the fault continues:

Replace the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] AMM 23-73-34-000-001 and AMM 23-73-34-400-001.

(4) If the fault continues:
Do a check and repair the wiring between:

BOTTLE 2 (4010WX) connector C/B and DIR-CIDS 1 (101RH) connector AA/4D
BOTTLE 2 (4010WX) connector C/B and DIR-CIDS 2 (102RH) connector AA/4D
BOTTLE 2 (4010WX) connector C/A and GND ASM 262301.

(5) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the SWITCH-TOGGLE, AGENT DISCHARGE [5WX] and replace it, if necessary ASM 262301.

C. Do the test given in para. 3.
