B. Test
   (1) Open the circuit breakers 14WH, 15WH, 17WH and 18WH, wait for approximately 10 seconds and close them again, wait for a minimum of 30 seconds before you start the test.
   (2) After a minimum time of 30s, do the Ground Scanning of the Cabin Intercommunication Data-System (CIDS) - Smoke Detection Function (SDF) AMM 26-10-00-740-802.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 26-17-00-810-132-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives a different maintenance message:
  • Do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
Subtask 26-17-00-810-133-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If the test gives the maintenance message CIDS(101RH)-SDF1 28VDC2 SPLY or CIDS(102RH)-SDF2 28VDC1 SPLY:
   (1) Do a check of the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/1 [17WH] (28VDC2 for CIDS-SDF 1) or C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR2 ESS [18WH] (28VDC1 for CIDS-SDF 2).
     (a) If the circuit breaker is blown, replace it.
     (b) If the circuit breaker is open, close it.
   (2) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/1 [17WH] and the CIDS-SDF1 AC/10
ASM 261602.
     (b) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR2 ESS [18WH] and the CIDS-SDF2 AC/9
ASM 261602.
   (3) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the Power Bus Bar 204PP and the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/1 [17WH]
ASM 261602.
     (b) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between Power Bus Bar 801PP and the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR2 ESS [18WH]
ASM 261602.
   (4) If the fault continues:
     (a) Replace the associated DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] or DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH]

C. If the test gives the maintenance message CIDS(101RH)-SDF1 28VDC1 SPLY or CIDS(102RH)-SDF2 28VDC2 SPLY:
   (1) Do a check of the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR1 ESS [15WH] (28VDC1 for CIDS-SDF 1 and Smoke Detectors) or C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/2 [14WH] (28VDC2 for CIDS-SDF 2 and Smoke Detectors).
     (a) If the circuit breaker is blown, replace it.
     (b) If the circuit breaker is open, close it.
   (2) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/2 [14WH] and the CIDS-SDF2 AC/10
ASM 261602.
     (b) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR1 ESS [15WH] and the CIDS-SDF1 AC/9
ASM 261602.
   (3) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between Power Bus Bar 204PP and the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/2 [14WH]
ASM 261602.
     (b) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between Power Bus Bar 801PP and the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR1 ESS [15WH]

   (4) If the fault continues:
     (a) Replace the associated DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] or DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH]

   (5) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breakers C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/2 [14WH] / C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR1 ESS [15WH] and the cargo-compartment smoke detectors
ASM 261602.
   (6) If the fault continues:
     (a) Disconnect the cargo-compartment smoke detectors (C/B 15WH for smoke detectors connected to CAN Bus A and C/B 14WH for smoke detectors connected to CAN Bus B) and reconnect them. Check to see if the fault continues after each connection of a smoke detector. If the fault continues replace the related smoke detector
AMM 26-16-15-000-001 and AMM 26-16-15-400-001.

D. If the test gives the maintenance message CIRCUIT BREAKER 15WH/ WRG: CAN BUS A:
   (1) Do a check of the C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR1 ESS [15WH]
     (a) If the circuit breaker is blown, replace it.
     (b) If the circuit breaker is open, close it.
   (2) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR1 ESS [15WH] and the CIDS-SDF1 AC/9
ASM 261602.
   (3) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between Power Bus Bar 801PP and the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR1 ESS [15WH]
ASM 261602.
   (4) If the fault continues:
     (a) Replace the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] AMM 23-73-34-000-001 and AMM 23-73-34-400-001.
ASM 261602.
   (5) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR1 ESS [15WH] and the cargo-compartment smoke detectors
ASM 261602.
   (6) If the fault continues:
     (a) Disconnect the cargo-compartment smoke detectors connected to CAN Bus A (15WH) and reconnect them. Check to see if the fault continues after each connection of a smoke detector. If the fault continues replace the related smoke detector
AMM 26-16-15-000-001 and AMM 26-16-15-400-001.

E. If the test gives the maintenance message CIRCUIT BREAKER 14WH/ WRG: CAN BUS B:
   (1) Do a check of the C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/2 [14WH]
     (a) If the circuit breaker is blown, replace it.
     (b) If the circuit breaker is open, close it.
   (2) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/2 [14WH] and the CIDS-SDF2 AC/10
ASM 261602.
   (3) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between Power Bus Bar 204PP and the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/2 [14WH]
ASM 261602.
   (4) If the fault continues:
     (a) Replace the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] AMM 23-73-34-000-001 and AMM 23-73-34-400-001
   (5) If the fault continues:
     (a) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between the circuit breaker C/B-AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR NORM/2 [14WH] and the cargo-compartment smoke detectors
ASM 261602.
   (6) If the fault continues:
     (a) Disconnect the cargo-compartment smoke detectors connected to CAN Bus B (14WH) and reconnect them. Check to see if the fault continues after each connection of a smoke detector. If the fault continues replace the related smoke detector
