   (1) Connect an electrical device to the defective 115V/60Hz Captain outlet (5NA) or 115V/60Hz F/O outlet (4NA).

B. If the electrical device does not operate correctly:
   (1) On the SD, on the ELEC DC page, if the line connection between the DC2 busbar and the DC BAT busbar is shown:
  • Do the troubleshooting procedure related to the 28VDC BUS 2/BUS 3 SPLY contactor (1PC2).
   (2) On the SD, on the ELEC DC page, if the line connection between the DC2 busbar and the DC BAT busbar is not shown:
  • Go to Para 4.C.

C. If the fault is confirmed:
  • Do a check of the status of the circuit breakers that follow:
    - PILOTS OUTLETS/STAT INV (1NA)
    - PILOTS OUTLETS/115V 60Hz (2NA).
   (1) If the PILOTS OUTLETS/STAT INV (1NA) and/or PILOTS OUTLETS/115V 60Hz (2NA) circuit breaker(s) is/are open:
   (2) If the PILOTS OUTLETS/STAT INV (1NA) and/or PILOTS OUTLETS/115V 60Hz (2NA) circuit breaker(s) is/are closed:
  • Go to Para 4.D.

D. If the fault continues:
  • Connect a second electrical device to the other available outlet. Do not disconnect the first device.
   (1) If the second electrical device operates correctly:
  • Do a check to make sure that the first electrical device operates correctly.
     (a) If the first connected electrical device operates correctly:
  • Do a check for continuity between pin 3 and pin 4 of the defective outlet.
       1 If there is no continuity:
       2 If there is continuity:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring ASM 251801 between:
    . Pin A/E of the STAT INV (3NA) and pin 3 of the 115V/60Hz F/O outlet (4NA) or 115V/60Hz Captain outlet (5NA).
    . Pin 4 of the 115V/60Hz F/O outlet (4NA) or 115V/60Hz Captain outlet (5NA) and the ground.
     (b) If the first electrical device does not operate correctly:
For the 115V/60Hz Captain outlet (5NA):
  • Do a check of the wiring of the defective outlet ASM 251801 between:
    . Pin 1 of the 115V/60Hz Captain outlet (5NA) and pin G of the Captain filtered connector (7NA)
    . Pin 2 of the 115V/60Hz Captain outlet (5NA) and pin C of the Captain filtered connector (7NA)
    . Pin A1 of the pilots outlets 115V/60Hz circuit breaker (2NA) and pin H of the Captain filtered connector (7NA)
    . Pin C1 of the pilots outlets/115V 60Hz circuit breaker (2NA) and pin D of the Captain filtered connector (7NA).
For the 115V/60Hz F/O outlet (4NA):
  • Do a check of the wiring of the defective outlet ASM 251801 between:
    . Pin 1 of the 115V/60Hz F/O outlet (4NA) and pin G of the F/O filtered connector (6NA)
    . Pin 2 of the 115V/60Hz F/O outlet (4NA) and pin C of the F/O filtered connector (6NA)
    . Pin A1 of the pilots outlets/115V 60Hz circuit breaker (2NA) and pin H of the F/O filtered connector (6NA)
    . Pin C1 of the pilots outlets/115V 60Hz circuit breaker (2NA) and pin D of the F/O filtered connector (6NA).
       1 If the wiring is not correct:
  • Repair the wiring .
       2 If the wiring is correct:
         a If the fault continues:
  • Replace the defective CONNECTOR-FILTERED, F/O (6NA) or CONNECTOR-FILTERED, CAPT (7NA).
   (2) If the second electrical device does not operate correctly:
   (3) If the fault continues:
  • Do a check for 28VDC at pin A/A of the STAT INV (3NA) ASM 251801.
     (a) If there is no 28VDC:
  • Do a check of the wiring between pin A/A of the STAT INV (3NA) and the pilots outlets/STAT INV circuit breaker (1NA) ASM 251801.
       1 If the wiring is not correct:
  • Repair the wiring .
       2 If the wiring is correct:
  • Replace the C/B-PILOTS OUTLETS/STAT INV [1NA] .
         a If the fault continues:
  • Repair the wiring between the pilots outlets/STAT INV circuit breaker (1NA) and the first terminal block ASM 251801.
     (b) If there is 28VDC:
  • Do a check of the wiring between pin A/B of the STAT INV (3NA) and pin A2 of the pilots outlets/115V 60Hz circuit breaker (2NA) ASM 251801.
  • Do a check of the wiring between pin A/C of the STAT INV (3NA) and pin C2 of the pilots outlets/115V 60Hz circuit breaker (2NA) ASM 251801.
       1 If the wiring is not correct:
  • Repair the wiring .
       2 If the wiring is correct:
  • Replace the C/B-PILOTS OUTLETS/115V 60HZ [2NA] .
