A. If the FAULT legend of the RAT & EMER GEN annunciator (14XE) on the EMER ELEC PWR section of the overhead panel 21VU is on:
  • Do a check for a ground signal on pin A/t of the BCL-1 (1PB1).
   (1) If there is a ground signal:
   (2) If there is no ground signal:
   (3) If the fault continues:
  • Do a check of the wiring ASM 242402 between:
    . Pin A/t of the BCL-1 (1PB1) and pin A/Z of the annunciator 14XE supply relay (31XE)
    . Pin A/t of the BCL-2 (1PB2) and pin A/Z of the annunciator 14XE supply relay (31XE)
    . Pin A/X of the annunciator 14XE supply relay (31XE) and pin 2 of the of the EMER/SHED/CNTOR/SPLY circuit breaker (1PH).
     (a) If the wiring is not correct:
  • Repair the wiring .
     (b) If the wiring is correct:
  • Replace the RELAY-ANN 14XE SUPPLY (31XE).
     (c) If the fault continues:
  • Do a check of the wiring ASM 242402 between:
    . Pin 2 of the EMER/SHED/CNTOR/SPLY circuit breaker (1PH) and pin A/7 of the EMER ELEC PWR/RAT/&/EMER GEN annunciator (14XE)
    . Pin A/8 of the EMER ELEC PWR/RAT/&/EMER GEN annunciator (14XE) and pin A/A of the annunciator 14XE supply relay (31XE)
    . Pin A/2 and the ground.
       1 If the wiring is not correct:
  • Repair the wiring .
       2 If the wiring is correct:
  • Replace ANN-EMER ELEC PWR/RAT/&/EMER GEN (14XE).
