Subtask 23-73-00-700-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test:
   (1) Do the CIDS Interface and Power-Up test through the CFDS
AMM 23-73-00-740-005.
   (2) Do the Operational test of the battery-bus powered PA
AMM 23-73-00-710-006.
Subtask 23-73-00-700-059-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test:
   (1) Do the CIDS Interface and Power-Up test through the CFDS
AMM 23-73-00-740-005.
   (2) Do the Operational test of the battery-bus powered PA

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 23-73-00-810-760-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
Subtask 23-73-00-810-759-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If the test confirms the fault:
  • remove the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH]
    AMM 23-73-34-000-001.
  • close the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
  • do a check for 28 VDC at the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
   (1) If there is no 28VDC at one or more circuit breaker:
  • Replace the related circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
   (2) If there is 28VDC at all circuit breakers:
  • open the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
     (a) do a check of the wiring between:
  • the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and the relay 107RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] and the relay 107RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and the relay 106RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] and the relay 106RH ,
  • the emer exit light switch 4WL and the relay 108RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] and the relay 107RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] and the relay 107RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and the relay 107RH ,
  • the relay 109RH and the relay 103RH ,
  • the relay 109RH and the relay 107RH ,
  • the relay 109RH and the relay 108RH ,
    ASM 237306 and ASM 237306.
       1 If the fault continues:
         a do a check and replace, if necessary:
  • the relay 103RH,
  • the relay 106RH,
  • the relay 107RH,
  • the relay 108RH,
  • the relay 109RH,
  • the emer exit light switch 4WL.
   (3) install the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH]

B. If the test confirms the fault:
  • remove the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH]
    AMM 23-73-34-000-001.
  • Close the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
  • Do a check for 28 VDC at the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
   (1) If there is no 28VDC at one or more circuit breaker:
  • replace the related circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
   (2) If there is 28VDC at all circuit breakers:
  • open the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
     (a) Do a check of the wiring between:
  • the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and the relay 106RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] and the relay 106RH ,
  • the emer exit light switch 4WL and the relay 108RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] and the relay 107RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the relay 109RH and the relay 103RH ,
  • the relay 109RH and the relay 107RH ,
  • the relay 109RH and the relay 108RH ,
    ASM 237306 and ASM 237306.
       1 If the fault continues:
         a do a check and replace, if necessary:
  • the relay 103RH,
  • the relay 106RH,
  • the relay 107RH,
  • the relay 108RH,
  • the relay 109RH,
  • the emer exit light switch 4WL.
   (3) install the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH]

B. If the test confirms the fault:
  • remove the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH]

  • close the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
  • do a check for 28 VDC at the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
   (1) If there is no 28VDC at one or more circuit breaker:
  • replace the related circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
   (2) If there is 28VDC at all circuit breakers:
  • open the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] , C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] .
     (a) Do a check of the wiring between:
  • the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and the relay 106RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] and the relay 106RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] and the relay 112RH ,
  • the DIR-CIDS, 2 [102RH] and the relay 112RH ,
  • the emer exit light switch 4WL and the relay 108RH ,
  • the C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] and the relay 107RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/BAT/CTL [148RH] and the relay 212RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 2/BAT [146RH] and the relay 103RH ,
  • the circuit breaker C/B-COM/CIDS/DIR 1/BAT [147RH] and the relay 103RH ,
