Subtask 23-73-00-710-347-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test for the Pax Call Lamps / Seatrow Identifier.
(1) Do the CIDS1/SIGN LAMP test through the CFDS AMM 23-73-00-710-033.
Subtask 23-73-00-710-347-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do the CIDS1/SIGN LAMP test through the CFDS AMM 23-73-00-710-033.
NOTE: An erroneous class 3 fault message will be recorded for each LED PAX CALL LAMP / Seatrow Identifier (without bulbs), if the test of the related lamps is not deactivated in the CAM.
(2) Open at least one PAX-door to make sure that all Pax Call Lamps / Seatrow Identifiers come on. A. Test
(1) Do the CIDS Interface and Power-Up Test via the CFDS AMM 23-73-00-740-005.
(2) Do the Operational Test of the Cabin LED Lamps via the CFDS AMM 23-73-00-710-035.
4. Fault Isolation(1) Do the CIDS Interface and Power-Up Test via the CFDS AMM 23-73-00-740-005.
(2) Do the Operational Test of the Cabin LED Lamps via the CFDS AMM 23-73-00-710-035.
Subtask 23-73-00-810-681-A
A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
Subtask 23-73-00-810-682-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL B. For Pax Call Lamps / Seatrow Identifier with bulbs:
If the CIDS1/SIGN LAMP test gives the maintenance message PAX CALL LAMP XX and the lamp does not come on:
Subtask 23-73-00-810-683-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL If the CIDS1/SIGN LAMP test gives the maintenance message PAX CALL LAMP XX and the lamp does not come on:
NOTE: XX identifies the location of the faulty unit:
- SR: ..L/R
- replace the related INDICATOR LIGHT-PASSENGER CALL/SEAT ROW IDENTIFIER [505RH] and/or INDICATOR LIGHT-PASSENGER CALL/SEAT ROW IDENTIFIER [506RH] AMM 23-73-14-000-006 and AMM 23-73-14-400-006.
- do a check for 28 VDC with a MULTIMETER - STANDARD at pins B and C on the related PCB 2038VU ASM 237313 and ASM 237314.
- replace the related PCB 2038VU AMM 23-73-49-000-001 and AMM 23-73-49-400-001.
- do a check for 28VDC with a MULTIMETER - STANDARD at the related DEU-A between the related pairs of connectors given below:
Connectors C/7 and C/18 or
Connectors C/9 and C/19 or
Connectors C/11 and C/20 ASM 237313 and ASM 237314.
- do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between the:
