Subtask 23-73-00-710-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test
   (1) Do the CIDS/DEU-B test through the CFDS (via CIDS1).
Subtask 23-73-00-710-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test
   (1) Do the CIDS Interface and Power-Up test through the CFDS.
AMM 23-73-00-740-005
   (2) Do the operational test of the cabin LED lamps through the CFDS.
AMM 23-73-00-710-035
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 23-73-00-810-052-A
A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
Subtask 23-73-00-810-088-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If the CIDS1/DEU-B test gives the maintenance message DEU-B 300RHx:
  • Make sure that at least one cabin door is open.
  • Make sure that the EMER LT (4WL) switch is in the OFF position.
  • Open these CBs:
    49VU: 150RH COM DIR ESS/1,
    49VU: 157RH COM DIR ESS/2,
    121VU: 151RH CIDS/DIR NORM/1,
    121VU: 156RH CIDS/DIR NORM/2.
  • Wait for approx. 10s and close the CBs 156RH and 157RH.
  • Stop for approx. 120s,
  • Do the CIDS/DEU-B test (via CIDS2).
   (1) If the CIDS2/DEU-B test is OK:
   (2) If the fault continues:
     (a) If the coding switch(es) is (are) not in the correct position:
  • Make an adjustment of the related coding switch(es).
     (b) If the coding switch(es) is (are) in the correct position:
  • Do a check for short circuit between the related DEU-B (300RHx) and the connected devices.
   (3) If the fault continues:
   (4) If the fault continues:
   (5) If the fault continues:
  • Do a check of the wiring for:
    28VDC at DEU mount 2011VUx connector A/8
    28VDC at DEU mount 2011VUx connector A/5
GND at DEU mount 2011VUx connector A/4

B. If there is confirmation of the fault:
   (1) If the coding switch(es) is (are) not in the correct position:
  • Make an adjustment of the related coding switch(es).
   (2) If the coding switch(es) is (are) in the correct position:
  • Do a check for short circuit between the related DEU-B (300RHx) and the connected devices.
   (3) If the fault continues:
