Subtask 23-72-00-710-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the Cockpit-Door Surveillance System (CDSS) AMM 23-72-00-710-001.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 23-72-00-810-088-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the message "VIDEO FAILED" shows on the System Display (SD), when the camera 1 image is set with the CAM SEL pushbutton (16RA):

Replace the CAMERA- COCKPIT DOOR [12RA] , AMM 23-72-51-000-001 AMM 23-72-51-400-001.

(1) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the wiring between the CONTROLLER - COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [9RA] and the CAMERA- COCKPIT DOOR [12RA] , repair if necessary ASM 237201.

B. If the message "VIDEO FAILED" shows on the SD, when the camera 2 image is set with the CAM SEL pushbutton (16RA):

Replace the CAMERA- DR 1, RH [14RA] , AMM 23-72-51-000-001 and AMM 23-72-51-000-001.

(1) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the wiring between the CONTROLLER - COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [9RA] and the CAMERA- DR 1, RH [14RA] , repair if necessary ASM 237201.

Subtask 23-72-00-810-090-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

C. If the message "VIDEO FAILED" shows on the SD, when the camera 3 image is set with the CAM SEL pushbutton (16RA):

Replace the CAMERA- DR 1, LH [13RA] , AMM 23-72-51-000-001 and AMM 23-72-51-400-001.

(1) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the wiring between the CONTROLLER - COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [9RA] and the CAMERA- DR 1, LH [13RA] , repair if necessary ASM 237201.

D. If the message 'VIDEO FAILED' shows on the SD, for all set camera images:
(1) Replace the CONTROLLER - COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [9RA] , AMM 23-72-31-000-001 and AMM 23-72-31-400-001.
(2) If the fault continues:

Push the CKPT DOOR VIDEO on/off pushbutton (17RA) on the panel 271VU in the cockpit.

(a) If the OFF legend in the CKPT DOOR VIDEO on/off pushbutton (17RA) does not come on:

Replace the CKPT DOOR VIDEO on/off pushbutton (17RA), ASM 237201.

(3) If the fault continues:

Do a check for 115VAC at pin A-A3 on the CKPT DOOR VIDEO on/off pushbutton (17RA).

(a) If there is not 115VAC:

Do a check of the wiring between the CKPT DOOR VIDEO on/off pushbutton (17RA) and the circuit breaker C/B-DOORS/CKPT/VIDEO/SPLY [15RA] , repair if necessary ASM 237201.

(b) If there is 115VAC at pin A-A3:

Do a check for 115VAC at pin AC-5 at the CONTROLLER - COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [9RA] , if necessary repair the related wiring , ASM 237201.

Do a check for a ground signal at pin AC-1 on the CONTROLLER - COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [9RA] , if necessary repair the related wiring , ASM 237201.

E. Do the test given in Para. 3.
