A. Test
(1) Do the BITE test of the Cockpit Door Surveillance System (CDSS) AMM 23-72-00-740-001.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 23-72-00-810-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the message "Camera 2 No Video/IR Fail" shows on the LCD monitor, camera 2 images do not show (cameras 1 and 3 images show), and the green LED flashes:

replace the CAMERA- DR 1, RH [14RA] , AMM 23-72-51-000-001 and AMM 23-72-51-400-001.

(1) If the fault continues:

replace the MONITOR- COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [10RA] , AMM 23-72-22-000-001 and AMM 23-72-22-400-001.

(2) If the fault continues:

replace the HINGE- MONITOR [10-RA--A] , AMM 23-72-22-000-001 and AMM 23-72-22-400-001.

(3) If the fault continues:

do a check and if necessary repair the wiring between the MONITOR- COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [10RA] and the CAMERA- DR 1, RH [14RA] , ASM 237201.

Subtask 23-72-00-810-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. If the message "Camera 2 No Video Signal" shows on the LCD monitor, camera 2 images do not show (cameras 1 and 3 images show), and the green LED flashes:

replace the CAMERA- DR 1, RH [14RA] , AMM 23-72-51-000-001 and AMM 23-72-51-400-001.

(1) If the fault continues:

replace the MONITOR- COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [10RA] , AMM 23-72-22-000-001 and AMM 23-72-22-400-001.

(2) If the fault continues:

replace the HINGE- MONITOR [10-RA--A] , AMM 23-72-22-000-001 and AMM 23-72-22-400-001.

(3) If the fault continues:

do a check and if necessary repair the wiring between the MONITOR- COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [10RA] and the CAMERA- DR 1, RH [14RA] , ASM 237201.

C. If the message "Camera 2 No Video Power & Camera 2 No Power/IR Fail" shows on the LCD monitor, camera 2 images do not show (cameras 1 and 3 images show), and the green LED flashes:

replace the CAMERA- DR 1, RH [14RA] , AMM 23-72-51-000-001 and AMM 23-72-51-400-001.

(1) If the fault continues:

replace the MONITOR- COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [10RA] , AMM 23-72-22-000-001 and AMM 23-72-22-400-001.

(2) If the fault continues:

replace the HINGE- MONITOR [10-RA--A] , AMM 23-72-22-000-001 and AMM 23-72-22-400-001.

(3) If the fault continues:

do a check and if necessary repair the wiring between the MONITOR- COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM [10RA] and the CAMERA- DR 1, RH [14RA] , ASM 237201.

D. Do the test given in Para. 3.
