(1) If the test gives a maintenance message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.

B. Do the test of the service interphone AMM 23-44-00-700-001.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 23-44-00-810-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the indications in the cockpit and on the attendant panel in use are normal, but no communication is possible with an outboard service interphone station:

replace the related maintenance interphone jack
JACK-MAINTENANCE INTERPHONE, FWD AVIONICS COMPT [1RJ] or
JACK-MAINTENANCE INTERPHONE, R AVIONICS COMPT [2RJ] or
JACK-MAINTENANCE INTERPHONE, AFT AVIONICS COMPT [3RJ] or
JACK-MAINTENANCE INTERPHONE [11RJ] or
JACK-MAINTENANCE INTERPHONE [13RJ] or
JACK-MAINTENANCE INTERPHONE [14RJ] or
JACK-MAINTENANCE INTERPHONE ENGINE 1 [4000RJ1] or
JACK-MAINTENANCE INTERPHONE ENGINE 2 [4000RJ2] ,
AMM 23-44-41-000-001 and AMM 23-44-41-400-001.

(1) If the fault continues:

do a check and repair as necessary the wiring between ASM 234401:
- the related maintenance interphone jack connector and the CIDS DIRECTOR 1 (101RH) and CIDS DIRECTOR 2 (102RH) connectors G7, H7 and J7.

A. If the indications in the cockpit and on the attendant panel in use are normal, but no communication is possible with an outboard service interphone station:

replace the related maintenance interphone jack

(1) If the fault continues:

do a check and repair as necessary the wiring between ASM 234401:
- the related maintenance interphone jack connector and the related isolation unit (4RJ) connector 1H (2C).
- the related maintenance interphone jack connector and the related isolation unit (4RJ) connector 1J (2D).
- the related maintenance interphone jack connector and the related isolation unit (4RJ) connector 1G (2B).

A. If the indications in the cockpit and on the attendant panel in use are normal, but no communication is possible with an outboard service interphone station:

replace the related maintenance interphone jack
