A. Do the BITE test of the cabin intercommunication data system (CIDS) AMM 23-33-00-710-005.

A. Maintenance Action
(1) VA Troubleshooting- "<Selected Media> is not available"
(a) Make sure that the SD Card labeled "Resident" is installed in the SCU.
(b) Once the "Resident" SD Card is installed, make sure that the "Active" LED for the SCU SD Card Indicator is green.
(c) Wait approximately 60 seconds for the SD Card to install and try to play the media again.
(d) If the media does not play, turn the Entertainment ON and back OFF before the media tries to play again.
(e) Try to play the media again after the system starts up.
(f) Contact "Zii" Customer Support, at "customer.support#agrave#imsco-us.com" for the replacement of the resident card.
