Loss of the RMP1 and RMP2 Displays

A. Test
(1) Make sure that the circuit breakers (2RG1) and (2RG2) are closed.
(2) On RMP1 (1RG1) and RMP2 (1RG2), make sure that the ON/OFF switches are set to ON.
(3) Make sure that the RMP1 (1RG1) and RMP2 (1RG2) displays are defective.
4. Fault Isolation(1) Make sure that the circuit breakers (2RG1) and (2RG2) are closed.
(2) On RMP1 (1RG1) and RMP2 (1RG2), make sure that the ON/OFF switches are set to ON.
(3) Make sure that the RMP1 (1RG1) and RMP2 (1RG2) displays are defective.
Subtask 23-13-00-810-102-A
A. If the test confirms the fault:
Subtask 23-13-00-710-059-A - On RMP1 (1RG1) and RMP2 (1RG2), set the ON/OFF switches to OFF.
- Open the circuit breakers (2RG1) and (2RG2) and wait for 5 seconds.
- Close the circuit breaker (2RG1).
- On RMP1 (1RG1), set the ON/OFF switch to ON.
- Remove RMP1 (1RG1) AMM 23-13-13-000-001.
- Close the circuit breaker (2RG2).
- On RMP2 (1RG2), set the ON/OFF switch to ON.
- Replace RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 1 [1RG1] AMM 23-13-13-000-001 and AMM 23-13-13-400-001.
- Close the circuit breaker (2RG1).
- On RMP1 (1RG1), set the ON/OFF switch to ON.
- Remove RMP1 (1RG1) AMM 23-13-13-000-001.
- Do a check and repair the wiring for a short to ground at RMP1 (1RG1) pin <R ASM 238102.
- Do a check and repair the wiring for a short to ground at RMP1 (1RG1) pin <S ASM 238102.
- Do a check and repair the wiring for a short to ground at RMP1 (1RG1) pin <P ASM 238101.
- Do a check and repair the wiring for a short to ground at RMP1 (1RG1) pin <Q ASM 238102.
- Install RMP1 (1RG1) AMM 23-13-13-400-001.
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
