3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 23-13-00-740-134-A

A. Test
(1) Do the BITE test of the RMP AMM 23-13-00-740-001.

NOTE: If the BITE test of the RMP passes, i.e. if the test is OK, the RMP is operational, therefore should not be removed. Refer to TFU 23.13.00.023.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 23-13-00-810-095-A

A. If the test gives the maintenance message LGCIU1(5GA1)/RMP1(1RG1):

(1) If the fault continues:

Replace the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 1 [1RG1] AMM 23-13-13-000-001 and AMM 23-13-13-400-001.

(2) If the fault continues:

Remove the LGCIU-1 [5GA1] AMM 32-31-71-000-001.
Remove the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 1 [1RG1] AMM 23-13-13-000-001
Do a check and repair the wiring of the GROUND AIR DISCRET INPUT signal from AB/7E of the LGCIU1 to pin A/<E of the RMP1 ASM 231300.
Install the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 1 [1RG1] AMM 23-13-13-400-001.
Install the LGCIU-1 [5GA1] AMM 32-31-71-400-001.
