B. Job Set-up
On the RMP 1 only, make sure that the ON/OFF switch is at ON.
Subtask 23-13-00-740-070-A On the RMP 1 only, make sure that the ON/OFF switch is at ON.
C. Test
(1) Do the BITE test of the HF system AMM 23-11-00-740-001.
4. Fault Isolation(1) Do the BITE test of the HF system AMM 23-11-00-740-001.
NOTE: Do this test for the HF 1 only.

A. If the BITE test gives the maintenance message HF 1 : NO DATA FROM CONTROL SOURCE:
Subtask 23-13-00-810-060-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - replace the XCVR-HF, 1 [3RE1] AMM 23-11-33-000-001 and AMM 23-11-33-400-001.
- replace the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 1 [1RG1] AMM 23-13-13-000-001 and AMM 23-13-13-400-001.
- do a check and repair the
wiring from HF 1 transceiver (3RE1) to RMP 1 (1RG1) of the FREQ SELECT INPUT PORT A signal, from pins AB/3E, 3F to pins A/<P, <Q ASM 231302.
A. If the BITE test gives the maintenance message RMP1/2/3 (1RG1/2/3)/HF1 (3RE1)
Subtask 23-13-00-740-071-A - replace the XCVR-HF, 1 [3RE1] AMM 23-11-33-000-001 and AMM 23-11-33-400-001.
- replace the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 1 [1RG1] AMM 23-13-13-000-001 and AMM 23-13-13-400-001.
- do a check and repair the
wiring (from the HF1 transceiver (3RE1) to the RMP1 (1RG1)) of the FREQ SELECT INPUT PORT A signal (from pins AB/3E, 3F to pins A/p, q) ASM 231302.
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.C.
