A. Job Set-Up
On the RMP 1 and RMP 2 only, make sure that the ON/OFF switches are at ON.
Subtask 23-13-00-740-056-A On the RMP 1 and RMP 2 only, make sure that the ON/OFF switches are at ON.
B. Test
Do the BITE test of the Radio Management AMM 23-13-00-740-001.
4. Fault IsolationDo the BITE test of the Radio Management AMM 23-13-00-740-001.
NOTE: Do this test for the RMP 2 only.

B. If the test gives the maintenance message RMP1(1RG1)/RMP2(1RG2):
Subtask 23-13-00-740-057-A - do a check of the circuit breaker (2RG1) status.
- do a check for 28VDC at pin A/N of the RMP 1 (1RG1) ASM 231301.
- replace the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 1 [1RG1] AMM 23-13-13-000-001 and AMM 23-13-13-400-001.
- do a check for a ground signal at pin A/R of the RMP 1 (1RG1) ASM 231301.
- repair the wiring between the RMP 1 (1RG1) pin A/R and the ground terminal ASM 231301.
- do a check of the wiring between RMP 1 pin A/N and the circuit breaker (2RG1) ASM 231301.
- repair the above wiring.
- replace the circuit breaker (2RG1).
- close it.
- replace the RMP 1 (1RG1) AMM 23-13-13-000-001 and AMM 23-13-13-400-001.
- do a check for a short to ground at the wiring between the RMP 1 (1RG1) pin A/N and the circuit breaker (2RG1) ASM 231301.
- repair the related wiring.
- replace the C/B-COM/RMP/1 [2RG1] .
- replace the RMP 1 (1RG1) AMM 23-13-13-000-001 and AMM 23-13-13-400-001.
C. Do the test given in Para. 3.B.
