A. If there is confirmation of the fault:
(1) Replace the HF transceiver for which the fault occurred:

XCVR-HF, 1 [3RE1] AMM 23-11-33-000-001 and AMM 23-11-33-400-001.

(2) Do the test(s) given in the Para. Fault Confirmation.

Subtask 23-11-00-810-085-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. If the fault continues:
Do a check and repair the wiring of the HF transceiver for which the fault occurred.
(1) For the HF transceiver 1 (3RE1):
(a) Remove the HF transceiver 1 (3RE1) AMM 23-11-33-000-001.
(b) Remove the AMU (1RN) AMM 23-51-34-000-001.
(c) Do a check and repair wiring from:

The HF transceiver 1 (3RE1) pin AB/1D to the AMU (1RN) pin AA/4B
The HF transceiver 1 (3RE1) pin AB/1E to the AMU (1RN) pin AA/4A
ASM 235100.

(d) Install the HF transceiver 1 (3RE1) AMM 23-11-33-400-001.
(e) Install the AMU (1RN) AMM 23-51-34-400-001.
(f) Do the test(s) given in the Para. Fault Confirmation.

5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
