A. If the test gives the maintenance messages:

AFS: CHK DMC 1 - FMGC 1 CKT (ISSUED BY: FG1) and
AFS: CHK DMC 1 - FMGC 2 CKT (ISSUED BY: FG2)

   (1) Do the test given in Para. 3 with the EIS DMC selector switch (18WT) on the SWITCHING panel (8VU) at CAPT/3.
     (a) If the fault continues:

  • do a check and repair the wiring of the PFD OWN VALID discrete from the DMC 1 (1WT1) to the first terminal block ASM 228504.
