A. Job Set-Up
   (1) Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
     (a) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
AMM 24-41-00-861-002
     (b) Make sure that the aircraft is in the ground condition with the engines stopped.
     (c) On the FCU, make sure that the two FD pushbutton switches are released.

B. Do the procedure:
Note: Do not do a reset of the FMGC circuit breakers until the power-up test is completed (approximately 2 minutes).
   (1) If there is an electrical transient effect on one FMGC:
  • for the FMGC 1 (1CA1), open the circuit breaker (10CA1) and after 5 seconds close it.
  • for the FMGC 2 (1CA2): pull the circuit breaker (10CA2) and after 5 seconds close it.
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • open the the two circuit breakers (10CA1 and 10CA2) at the same time and after 5 seconds close them at the same time.
5. Close-up
Subtask 22-83-00-860-060-A
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) On the FCU, push the two FD pushbutton switches after 10 seconds.
   (2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
