  • FMGC-1 [1CA1]
  • wiring of the ATSU bus from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) to the first terminal block
  • FMGC-2 [1CA2]
  • wiring of the ATSU bus from the FMGC 2 (1CA2) to the first terminal block

A. Test
   (1) Do the Ground Scanning of the AFS AMM 22-91-00-710-001.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 22-83-00-810-102-C
A. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: ATSU (ISSUED BY: FM1):
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring of the ATSU bus from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) to the first terminal block ASM 228601.
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • download the FM (1 and 2) BITE data AMM 22-70-00-610-006.
  • print the associated TSD for FM (1 and 2) system parts.
  • send the TSD and the download of the FM BITE back to Airbus for subsequent analysis.
  • no further maintenance action is necessary.

B. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: ATSU (ISSUED BY: FM2):
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring of the ATSU bus from the FMGC 2 (1CA2) to the first terminal block ASM 228601.
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • download the FM (1 and 2) BITE data AMM 22-70-00-610-006.
  • print the associated TSD for FM (1 and 2) system parts.
  • send the TSD and the download of the FM BITE back to Airbus for subsequent analysis.
  • no further maintenance action is necessary.
