Loss of the Reception of the ADIRU 2 Bus by One FAC or One FMGC
1. Possible Causes
- rejection of ADR parameters due to excessive offset
- FAC-1 [1CC1]
wiring of the ADC ADIRS OPP and the IRS ADIRS OPP bus from the FAC 1 (1CC1) to the first terminal block - FAC-2 [1CC2]
wiring of the ADC ADIRS OWN and the IRS ADIRS OWN bus from the FAC 2 (1CC2) to the first terminal block - FMGC-1 [1CA1]
wiring of the ADC ADIRS OPP and the IRS ADIRS OPP bus from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) to the first terminal block - FMGC-2 [1CA2]

A. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: ADIRU2 (ISSUED BY: FAC1):
Subtask 22-66-00-810-123-A - do the Functional Check of the Altitude/Airspeed Data AMM 34-13-00-720-009 to check if there is rejection of ADR parameters due to excessive offset .
- replace the FAC-1 [1CC1] AMM 22-66-34-000-002 and AMM 22-66-34-400-002.
- do the monitoring of the AOA sensors (Ref. TSM TASK 34-11-00-810-861).
- do a check and repair the
wiring of the ADC ADIRS OPP and the IRS ADIRS OPP bus from the FAC 1 (1CC1) to the first terminal block ASM 226901.
B. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: ADIRU2 (ISSUED BY: FAC2):
Subtask 22-66-00-810-124-A - do the Functional Check of the Altitude/Airspeed Data AMM 34-13-00-720-009 to check if there is rejection of ADR parameters due to excessive offset .
- replace the FAC-2 [1CC2] AMM 22-66-34-000-002 and AMM 22-66-34-400-002.
- do the monitoring of the AOA sensors (Ref. TSM TASK 34-11-00-810-861).
- do a check and repair the
wiring of the ADC ADIRS OWN and the IRS ADIRS OWN bus from the FAC 2 (1CC2) to the first terminal block ASM 226901.
C. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: ADIRU2 (ISSUED BY: FG1):
Subtask 22-66-00-810-125-A - do the Functional Check of the Altitude/Airspeed Data AMM 34-13-00-720-009.
- replace the FMGC-1 [1CA1] AMM 22-83-34-000-001 and AMM 22-83-34-400-001.
- do a check and repair the
wiring of the ADC ADIRS OPP and the IRS ADIRS OPP bus from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) to the first terminal block ASM 228601.
D. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: ADIRU2 (ISSUED BY: FG2):
Subtask 22-66-00-710-163-A - do the Functional Check of the Altitude/Airspeed Data AMM 34-13-00-720-009.
- replace the FMGC-2 [1CA2] AMM 22-83-34-000-001 and AMM 22-83-34-400-001.
- do a check and repair the
wiring of the ADC ADIRS OWN and the IRS ADIRS OWN bus from the FMGC 2 (1CA2) to the first terminal block ASM 228601.
E. Do the test given in Para. 3.
