FAC-2 [1CC2]
wiring of the RUD TR OPP ENGD COM and RUD TR OPP ENGD MON discretes (from the FAC 2 (1CC2) to the first terminal block)

3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 22-66-00-710-078-A

A. Test
(1) Do the operational test for the AFS AMM 22-96-00-710-001 and read the result of the FAC 2.

NOTE: If you did the deactivation of:
- the channel 1 of the rudder trim actuator (relay 7CC1 removed) or
- the channel 1 of the rudder travel limitation unit (relay 13CC1 removed)
You can ignore the failure message "FAC2/RT ENGD CHG-OV".

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 22-66-00-810-065-A

A. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: FAC2/RT ENGD CHG-OV:

Replace the FAC-2 [1CC2] , AMM 22-66-34-000-002 and AMM 22-66-34-400-002.

(1) If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring of the RUD TR OPP ENGD COM and RUD TR OPP ENGD MON discretes (from the FAC 2 (1CC2) to the first terminal block), ASM 226803.

B. Do the operational test of the automatic change-over function AMM 22-60-00-710-002.
