Subtask 22-31-00-710-062-A
A. Test
   (1) Do the operational test of the engine/autothrust system isolation AMM 22-30-00-710-003.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 22-31-00-810-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the A/THR disengagement does not operate with the circuit breaker 10CA2 open:
  • do the operational test of the AFS AMM 22-96-00-710-001 with one A/THR instinctive disconnect pushbutton switch pushed and read the result for the FMGC 1.
   (1) If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: FMGC1/ATHR DISC CKT:
   (2) If the test does not give the message and if the A/THR pushbutton switch remains on on the FCU when you push the CAPT A/THR instinctive disconnect pushbutton switch only:
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring of the CAPT A/THR instinctive disconnect pushbutton switch (7CA1) from pin A/4 to the ground and from pin A/5 to the first terminal block ASM 223101.
   (3) If the test does not give the message and if the A/THR pushbutton switch remains on on the FCU when you push the F/O A/THR instinctive disconnect pushbutton switch only:
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring of the F/O A/THR instinctive disconnect pushbutton switch (7CA2) from pin A/4 to the ground and from pin A/5 to the first terminal block ASM 223101.
   (4) If the test does not give the message and if the A/THR pushbutton switch remains on on the FCU when you push the two A/THR instinctive disconnect pushbutton switches:
  • replace the RELAY-A/THR1 INST DISC [5CA1] .
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • do a check of the wiring of the relay (5CA1) from pin A/X to the first terminal block and from pin A/Z to the diode module (1803VD) pin A/22 ASM 223101.
1 If there is no continuity:
  • repair the above wiring.
       2 If there is continuity:
  • replace the diode module (1803VD).
         a If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring of the diode module (1803VD) from pin A/7 to the first terminal block ASM 223101.
Subtask 22-31-00-810-056-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
