A. Do the bite test of the CIDS AMM 23-73-00-740-003.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 21-63-00-810-154-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.

B. If the test gives the maintenance message ZC(8HK)/SDAC1(1WV1)/DIR1(101RH):

do the operational test of the cockpit and cabin temperature-control system with CFDS/MCDU AMM 21-63-00-710-004.

(1) If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the related trouble shooting procedure.
(2) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check and repair if necessary the connector pin at the connector 8HK/BA for the CIDS option.

Pin BA3 to ground.

(3) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check and repair the ARINC 429 wiring as necessary of the signal INPUT Zone Controller from: ASM 216301

the CIDS Director (101RH) connector AA/6A to the Zone Controller (8HK) connector AA/3A.
the CIDS Director (101RH) connector AA/6B to the Zone Controller (8HK) connector AA/B3.

(4) If the fault continues:
Replace the DIR-CIDS, 1 [101RH] AMM 23-73-34-000-001 and AMM 23-73-34-400-001.
