3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 21-63-00-710-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Confirmation of the Fault
   (1) Do the operational test of the cockpit and cabin temperature-control system with CFDS/MCDU AMM 21-63-00-710-004.
NOTE: If a fault is detected, the ZC gives a fault code for shop maintenance in addition to the related CFDS message(s). For detailed information see the applicable Page Block 301.
   (2) Do a read out of the POST FLIGHT REPORT and the PREVIOS LEG REPORT.
Subtask 21-63-00-710-057-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Confirmation of the Fault
   (1) Do the operational test of the cockpit and cabin temperature-control system with CFDS/MCDU AMM 21-63-00-710-004.
   (2) Do a read out of the POST FLIGHT REPORT and the PREVIOUS LEG REPORT.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 21-63-00-810-102-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives the maintenance message TEST OK, but the POST FLIGHT REPORT and the PREVIOUS LEG REPORT gives the maintenance message TRIM VALVE AFT CAB:
Subtask 21-63-00-810-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If the test gives the maintenance message TRIM VALVE AFT CAB:
   (1) If the fault continues:
     (a) This wiring check is only applicable for Trim Air Valves previous to P/N 1320A0000-01 or 963B0000-01 or 750B0000-01.
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216303 from:
  • the VALVE-TRIM AIR,AFT CABIN (13HK) to the ZC (8HK) and,
  • the VALVE-TRIM AIR,AFT CABIN (13HK) to ground.
     (b) This wiring check is only applicable for Trim Air Valves P/N 1320A0000-01 or 963B0000-01 or 750B0000-01 and subsequent.
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216303 between:
  • TRIM VALVE,AFT CABIN (13HK) connector A/U and ZC (8HK) connector AB/15A,
  • TRIM VALVE,AFT CABIN (13HK) connector A/J and ZC (8HK) connector AB/15C,
  • TRIM VALVE,AFT CABIN (13HK) connector A/K and ZC (8HK) connector AB/15D,
  • TRIM VALVE,AFT CABIN (13HK) connector A/L and ZC (8HK) connector AB/15E,
  • TRIM VALVE,AFT CABIN (13HK) connector A/C and ZC (8HK) connector AB/5C,
  • TRIM VALVE,AFT CABIN (13HK) connector A/E and ZC (8HK) connector AB/5B,
  • the TRIM VALVE,AFT CABIN (13HK) to ground.

C. If the test gives the maintenance message TEST OK, but the AFT cabin trim-air valve symbol on the ECAM COND page is replaced by amber XX:

D. If the test gives the maintenance message TEST OK, but the POST FLIGHT REPORT and the PREVIOUS LEG REPORT gives the maintenance message TRIM AIR VALVE AFT CAB(13HK):

E. If the test gives the maintenance message TRIM AIR VALVE AFT CAB(13HK):
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216302 from:
  • the TRIM AIR VALVE (13HK) to the ACSC2 (57HH) and,
  • the TRIM AIR VALVE (13HK) to ground.

F. If the test gives the maintenance message TEST OK, but the AFT cabin trim-air valve symbol on the ECAM COND page is replaced by amber XX:
