3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 21-61-00-710-084-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Do the operational test of the pack temperature-control system AMM 21-61-00-710-001.
NOTE: If a fault is detected, the PC gives a fault code for shop maintenance in addition to the related CFDS message(s) (refer to TSM chapter 21-63-00, page block 301).
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 21-61-00-810-104-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives the maintenance message P1 CONT OR ANTI ICE VALVE:
   (1) If the fault moves with the PC 1:
   (2) If the fault does not move with the PC 1:
   (3) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216104 from:
  • the VALVE (17HH)A pin A and the PC 1 (7HH)AB pin 8A and,
  • the VALVE (17HH)A pins B and C to ground.
Subtask 21-61-00-810-104-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives the maintenance message P1 ANTI ICE VALVE(17HH):
   (1) If the fault moves with the ACSC1:
   (2) If the fault does not move with the ACSC1:
   (3) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216104 from:
  • the VALVE (17HH) to the ACSC1 (47HH) and,
  • the VALVE (17HH) to ground.
Subtask 21-61-00-810-104-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives the maintenance message P1 CONT OR ANTI ICE VALVE:
   (1) If the fault moves with the PC 1:
   (2) If the fault does not move with the PC 1:
   (3) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216104 from:
  • the VALVE (17HH)A pin A and the PC 1 (7HH)AB pin 8A and,
  • the VALVE (17HH)A pins B and C to ground.
   (4) If the fault continues:
   (5) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216104 from:
  • the SOLENOID VALVE (25HH)A pin A and the PC 1 (7HH)AB pin 8A and,
  • the SOLENOID VALVE (25HH)A pins B and C to ground.
