3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 21-58-00-710-078-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test.
   (1) Do the reset procedure for the CSAS and the IGGS as follows,
  • open the circuit breakers 1HW and 7YA.
  • wait for a minimum of 5 seconds.
  • close the circuit breakers 1HW and 7YA.
   (2) Do the operational test of the conditioned service air system with bleed air AMM 21-58-00-710-002.
   (3) Do a read out of the post flight report.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 21-58-00-810-075-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the related trouble shooting procedure.
Subtask 21-58-00-810-064-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If the test gives the maintenance message CRITICAL OVTEMP:
  • do a check for leakages downstream of the CSAS Heat Exchanger (5103HM) during the test.
  • remove the leakage by replacement of the faulty component if necessary.
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check of the CSAS Heat Exchanger and the Ram Air Channel for contamination.
     (a) If the Heat Exchanger is contaminated:
1 clean the Heat Exchanger (5103HM) AMM 21-58-00-100-001.
Subtask 21-58-00-810-101-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. If no leakage and no contamination is found and the post flight report gives the maintenance message CRITICAL OVTEMP:
  • do a read out of the TROUBLE SHOOTING DATA (TSD) of the fault message:
   (1) push the line key adjacent to the prompt ">" at the right of the Class number of the fault:
     (a) if the trouble shooting data gives the fault code 1041 1101 or 1041 1102: refer to paragraph D.
     (b) if the trouble shooting data gives the fault code 1041 1103 or 1041 1104 or 1041 1105: refer to paragraph E.
Subtask 21-58-00-810-102-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
D. If the trouble shooting data gives the fault code 1041 1101 or 1041 1102:
Subtask 21-58-00-810-103-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
E. If the trouble shooting data gives the fault code 1041 1103 or 1041 1104 or 1041 1105:
Subtask 21-58-00-710-079-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
F. Do the test as given in the Para. 3.
