Subtask 21-51-00-860-078-A
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
AMM 31-60-00-860-001.
   (2) Make sure that:
  • on the ECAM lower display unit the BLEED page shows,
  • on the AIR COND panel 30VU make sure that the PACK 1 and the PACK 2 pushbutton switches are in the ON position (the FAULT and the OFF legends are off).

B. Start the engines AMM 71-00-00-710-003.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 21-51-00-810-093-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If 30 sec after engine start on the BLEED page a flow control valve opens:
   (1) If FCV 1 opens during ENG 1 start:
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 215101 between
  • the EIU1 (1KS1) and ACSC1 (47HH),
  • the EIU1 (1KS1) and ACSC2 (57HH),
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • replace the EIU-1 [1KS1] .
   (3) If FCV 2 opens during ENG 2 start:
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 215101 between
  • the EIU2 (1KS2) and ACSC1 (47HH),
  • the EIU2 (1KS2) and ACSC2 (57HH),
   (4) If the fault continues:
  • replace the EIU-2 [1KS2] .
Subtask 21-51-00-810-093-E ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If 30 sec after engine start on the BLEED page a flow control valve opens:
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring ASM 215102 between
  • the RELAY (7HV) and RELAY (16HB),
  • the RELAY (7HV) and RELAY (17HB),
  • the RELAY (7HV) and BMC1 (1HA1).
