A. Bleed Air Supply Source from the HP Ground Connection
(2) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
Subtask 21-51-00-860-067-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Subtask 21-51-00-860-068-A NOTE: The HP ground supply source must be able to give a pack inlet pressure of 24 PSI minimum. If it can not do this then you must get the bleed air supply from the engines.
The work steps which follow show the conditions necessary before you get the minimum pack-inlet pressure.
(1) Do the pre-conditioning through the HP ground connection AMM 12-33-21-618-001. The work steps which follow show the conditions necessary before you get the minimum pack-inlet pressure.
(2) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
- push the HOT AIR pushbutton switch to the on position (the OFF legend goes off),
- turn the COCKPIT, FWD CABIN and the AFT CABIN temperature selectors to the HOT positions and,
- make sure that the PACK 1 and the PACK 2 pushbutton switches are in the on position (the OFF legends are off).
- make sure that the pack 1 inlet pressure indication shows a minimum of 24 PSI.
NOTE: If the indication shows less than 24 PSI you must:
- increase the ground pressure supply until the indication shows a minimum of 24 PSI.
C. Initial Test Set-up with Engines as Bleed Air Source Supply
(1) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
Subtask 21-51-00-710-072-A (1) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
- push the HOT AIR pushbutton switch to the on position (the OFF legend goes off),
- turn the COCKPIT, FWD CABIN and the AFT CABIN temperature selectors to the HOT positions and,
- make sure that the PACK 1 and the PACK 2 pushbutton switches are in the on position (the OFF legends are off).
- make sure that the pack 1 inlet pressure indication shows a minimum of 24 PSI.
NOTE: If the indication shows less than 24 PSI you must slowly adjust the throttle levers until you get the minimum indication of 24 PSI.

A. If the pack 1 flow indicator on the ECAM BLEED page is stuck in the high position:
(2) If the fault continues:
Subtask 21-51-00-810-085-E ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: Do the following step (1) only if the opposite FCV is of the standard:
(1) Replace the P2 FLOW CTL VALVE [8HB] of the opposite pack (pack 2) AMM 21-51-51-000-001 AMM 21-51-51-400-001. - PN 1303A0000-02 without additional Amendment
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a leakage check of the sense line between the angled connector of the pressure-sensor(10HB) and the downstream pressure-port at the FCV (11HB), and replace if necessary.
- replace the P1 FLOW SENSOR [10HB] AMM 21-51-11-000-001 AMM 21-51-11-400-001.
- replace the P1 PRESS INL SENSOR [16HH] AMM 21-61-16-000-001 AMM 21-61-16-400-002.
- do a check and repair the wiring of the opposite FCV (8HB) between the:
- FCV connector (8HB-A) pin C and the PC connector (7HH-AA) pin B7.
- FCV connector (8HB-A) pin D and the PC connector (27HH-AB) pin B6.
- FCV connector (8HB-A) pin B and GND ASM 215101.
- replace the P1 FLOW CTL VALVE [11HB] AMM 21-51-51-000-001 AMM 21-51-51-400-001.
- do a check and repair the wiring between the:
- FCV connector (11HB-A) pin C and the PC connector (27HH-AA) pin B7.
- FCV connector (11HB-A) pin D and the PC connector (7HH-AB) pin B6.
- FCV connector (11HB-A) pin B and GND ASM 215101.
B. If the pack 1 flow indicator on the ECAM BLEED page is stuck in the low position:
(1) Do a leakage check of the sense-line between the in-line-connector of the pressure-sensor (10HB), and the upstream port at the FCV (11HB), and replace if necessary.
(2) If the fault continues:

(2) If the fault continues:
- replace the P1 FLOW SENSOR [10HB] AMM 21-51-11-000-001 AMM 21-51-11-400-001
- do a leakage check the sense-line between the CPNOH (10HM9) and the FCV (11HB), and replace if necessary.
- replace the SENSOR-COMPRESSOR PNEUMATIC OVHT [10HM9] AMM 21-61-18-000-001 and AMM 21-61-18-400-001.
- replace the P1 PRESS INL SENSOR [16HH] AMM 21-61-16-000-001 and AMM 21-61-16-400-002.
- replace the P1 FLOW CTL VALVE [11HB] AMM 21-51-51-000-001 and AMM 21-51-51-400-001.
- replace the P1 OZONE FILTER [100HM] AMM 21-51-41-000-001 and AMM 21-51-41-400-001.
- replace the REHEATER [10HM3] AMM 21-52-31-000-001 and AMM 21-52-31-400-001.
C. If the pack 1 flow indicator on the ECAM BLEED page is stuck in the high position:
(1) Replace the SENSOR-PRESS, PACK 1 INLET [23HB1] AMM 21-51-13-000-001 AMM 21-51-13-400-001.
(2) If the fault continues:
Subtask 21-51-00-810-085-F ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Replace the SENSOR-PRESS, PACK 1 INLET [23HB1] AMM 21-51-13-000-001 AMM 21-51-13-400-001.
(2) If the fault continues:
- replace the SENSOR-DELTA P, PACK 1 [23HB2] AMM 21-51-11-000-001 AMM 21-51-11-400-001.
- replace the FLOW CTL UNIT - PACK 1 [23HB] AMM 21-51-51-000-001 AMM 21-51-51-400-001.
- do a check and repair the wiring ASM 215101 from:
- the FCS (23HB) to the ACSC1 (47HH) and,
- the FCS (23HB) to ground.
D. If the pack 1 flow indicator on the ECAM BLEED page is stuck in the low position:
Subtask 21-51-00-810-106-A - Replace the SENSOR-PRESS, PACK 1 INLET [23HB1] AMM 21-51-13-000-001 AMM 21-51-13-400-001.
- replace the SENSOR-DELTA P, PACK 1 [23HB2] AMM 21-51-11-000-001 AMM 21-51-11-400-001.
- replace the FLOW CTL UNIT - PACK 1 [23HB] AMM 21-51-51-000-001 and AMM 21-51-51-400-001.
- replace the P1 OZONE FILTER [100HM] AMM 21-51-41-000-001 and AMM 21-51-41-400-001.
- replace the REHEATER [10HM3] AMM 21-52-31-000-001 and AMM 21-52-31-400-001.
E. If the fault continues:
Subtask 21-51-00-710-073-A - replace the PRESS CONT 1 [11HL] AMM 21-31-34-000-001 AMM 21-31-34-400-001.
F. Do the test as given in the Para. 3.D.
