3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 21-51-00-710-067-A

A. Do the operational test of the cockpit and cabin temperature control system AMM 21-63-00-710-004.

NOTE: Make sure that the subsequent circuit breakers are closed during the test:

4FP3, 5FP3, 6FP3, 8FP, 9FP.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 21-51-00-810-064-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives the maintenance message NO DATA FROM ADIRS:

do the BITE tests of the ADIRS AMM 34-13-00-740-002 AMM 34-14-00-740-001.

(1) If the test gives a different maintenance message refer to the Fault Symptom List.
(2) If the test is OK:
replace the ZONE CONTROLLER [8HK] AMM 21-63-34-000-001 and AMM 21-63-34-400-001.
(3) If the fault continues:

do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216303 ASM 341301:
from the ZC (8HK)AA/1D to the ADIRU 3 (1FP3)AA/9A,
from the ZC (8HK)AA/2D to the ADIRU 3 (1FP3)AA/9B.

(4) If the fault continues:
replace the ADIRU-3 [1FP3] AMM 34-12-34-000-001 and AMM 34-12-34-400-001.

Subtask 21-51-00-810-064-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives the maintenance message NO DATA FROM ADIRS:

do the BITE tests of the ADIRS AMM 34-13-00-740-002 AMM 34-14-00-740-001.

(1) If the test gives a different maintenance message refer to the Fault Symptom List.
(2) If the test is OK:

replace the CONT-AIR COND SYSTEM 1 [47HH] AMM 21-61-34-000-002 and AMM 21-61-34-400-002.

(3) If the fault continues:

do a check and repair the wiring ASM 216303 and ASM 341301 from:
the ACSC1 (47HH) to the ADIRU 3.

(4) If the fault continues:

replace the ADIRU-3 [1FP3] AMM 34-12-34-000-001 and AMM 34-12-34-400-001.
