1)
The number of passengers carried and their location in the cabin
is in accordance with the operational procedure, and
2)
The affected exit is closed and placarded inoperative, and
3)
All the EXIT markings, signs and lights associated with the affected
exit are obscured, and
4)
Alternate cabin safety procedures are established and used, and
5)
All other cabin doors are operative.
