The sidestick transducers associated with the ELACs and the operative SECs are checked operative before each flight, and

9)
The DC TIE contactor 1PC1 is checked closed, before each flight, and

10)
The elevators control through the SEC 2 and the ELACs and the roll spoilers control through the operative SECs are checked operative before each flight, and

11)
The Flight Manual performance penalties for the pairs of spoilers 3 and 4 inoperative are applied.
