A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

4. Procedure
Subtask 79-21-30-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the DPM harness
(1) Disconnect the DPM harness from the visual indicator.

NOTE: Disconnect the magnetic chip detector harness from the DPM harness receptacle (150). Use PLIERS - CONNECTOR, JAW, SOFT only if necessary.

(2) Remove the DPM harness as follows:

lockwire nut (140) DPM harness receptacle (150)	bracket (160)	(detail G)
DPM harness	clips (100) and (120) on brackets (110) and (130)	at the 8 o'clock position on flanges C and D (detail E and F)
bolt (70) clamp (80)	brackets (90)	at the 8 o'clock position on flange D (detail D)
bolt (40) clamp (50)	brackets (60)	at the 8:30 o'clock position on flange D (detail C)
bolt (10) clamp (20)	brackets (30)	at the 9 o'clock position on flange

(3) Put CAP - BLANKING and PLUG - BLANKING on the connectors and the receptacles.
