Subtask 72-32-85-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
   (2) On overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
   (3) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize FADEC 1(2).
   (4) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position.

B. Get Access
   (1) Make sure that the fan cowl doors are open (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-010):
     (a) FOR [1000EM1] (ENGINE-1)
437AL, 438AR.
     (b) FOR [1000EM2] (ENGINE-2)
447AL, 448AR.
4. Procedure
Subtask 72-32-85-420-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Install the name plate bracket and the engine identification plate to the fan case.
NOTE: The engine identification plate of PRE SBE 72-0378 is the single rating engine identification plate.
NOTE: The engine identification plate of POST SBE 72-0378 is the all-model rating engine identification plate.

PRE SBE 72-0378

   (1) Install the engine identification plate (14) on the name plate bracket (11) with the four bolts (13).
   (2) TORQUE the bolts (13) to between 45 and 36 lbf.in (0.51 and 0.41 m.daN ) T (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).
   (3) Install the name plate bracket (11) on the flange FE of the fan case with the two bolts (15) and the nuts (12).
   (4) TORQUE the bolts (15) to between 105 and 85 lbf.in (1.19 and 0.96 m.daN ) T (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).

POST SBE 72-0378

   (5) Make sure that a new engine rating indicator is installed in the correct "TAKE-OFF RATING/VARIANT" position in the engine identification plate (4) (see SBE 72-0285).
   (6) Install the engine identification plate (4) on the name plate bracket (1) with the four bolts (3) and the nuts (2).
   (7) TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 45 and 36 lbf.in (0.51 and 0.41 m.daN ) T (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).
   (8) Install the name plate bracket (1) on the flange FE of the fan case with the two bolts (5).
   (9) TORQUE the bolts (5) to between 105 and 85 lbf.in (1.19 and 0.96 m.daN ) T (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-11-911-013).

5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Remove the access platform(s).
   (3) Close the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-010):
     (a) FOR [1000EM1] (ENGINE-1)
437AL, 438AR.
     (b) FOR [1000EM2] (ENGINE-2)
447AL, 448AR.
   (4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
