A. Cleaning
F Aft Engine Mount ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Clean bolts (50) and pins (45) with isopropyl alcohol (Material No.CP1041) .
Subtask 71-22-11-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Installation of the aft Engine Mount.
CAUTION: INSTALL THE BUSHING (65) WITH ITS SHOULDER AT THE INTERIOR OF THE ENGINE RANGE.
   (1) Put bushing (55), shoulder bushing (65), and bushing (70) on engine.
   (2) Put engine aft mount (80) on engine and engage link assemblies with engine flanges.
   (3) Apply silicone lubricant (Material No.CP5063) to the outer surfaces of the shear pin (45) and to the threads of the shear bolt (50). Install shear pin (45), anti-rotation bracket (60), and bracket (75) to engine mount (80) and engine flange.
   (4) Put shear bolt (50) into shear pin (45).
CAUTION: USE OF THE SPANNER WRENCHES AS A TORQUE WRENCH ADAPTER WILL CHANGE THE TORQUE VALUE WHICH IS REALLY APPLIED. THE EFFECTIVE LENGTH OF THE SPANNER WRENCHES ARE: RSE1098-1 : 6-INCHES (152.4 MM) RSE1098-5 : 8-INCHES (203.2 MM)
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE ANTI ROTATION BRACKET IS CENTERED AND DOES NOT TOUCH THE LINK. THE BRACKET CAN TOUCH THE LINK. IF THE BRACKET TOUCHES THE LINK IT CAN DAMAGE THE LINK
   (5) Install slotted spanner.
NOTE: To find the correct TORQUE value when spanner wrenches are used refer to the formula in standard practices (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
     (a) Install slotted spanner nuts (40) on shear pin (45). TORQUE nut (40) to between 88.2 and 80 lbf.ft (11.96 and 10.85 m.daN ) T. Use RSE1098 WRENCH SET - AFT ENGINE MOUNT (RSE1098-5) to adapt torque wrench to spanner nut (40).
NOTE: Install the nut (40) with the counter bore side facing the shear pin (45).
   (6) Install slotted spanner nut (35) on shear bolt (50). TORQUE nut (35) to between 38.58 and 35 lbf.ft (5.23 and 4.75 m.daN ) T. Use RSE1098 WRENCH SET - AFT ENGINE MOUNT (RSE1098-1) to adapt torque wrench to spanner nut (35).
NOTE: It is preferred that the flat side of the nut (35) face forward.
   (7) Install outer retainers (25) and (30) on bracket (60) with washers (10) below bolts (5) and washers (15) below nuts (20).
   (8) If holes in the anti-rotation bracket (60) do not line up with holes in brackets (25) and (30), increase torque on nuts (35) and (40) as necessary to line up the holes. Do not TORQUE nut (40) more than 95 lbf.ft (12.88 m.daN) or nut (35) more than 42 lbf.ft (5.69 m.daN).
   (9) TORQUE nuts (20) to between 27 and 24 lbf.in (0.31 and 0.27 m.daN ) T.
   (10) Install retaining pin (85) through shear pin (45).
