A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:

4. Procedure(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
- Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(3) On the maintenance panel 50VU:
- Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
- Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 71-13-00-350-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Do a test of the pressure relief door (1).
(1) Remove the screws (4) at the two latch positions (2) and (3).
(2) Attach the two BOLT - EYE DIA 0.190-32 UNF (5) to the door latches (2) and (3).
(3) Put a bar between the BOLT - EYE DIA 0.190-32 UNF (5) and attach the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6) to the center of the bar between the two latches.
(4) Pull the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6) to open the door (1) and make a note of the force necessary.
(5) Close the door (1) and do the test with the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6) again.
(6) The force necessary to open the door (1) is between 166 lbf (73.84 daN) and 200 lbf (88.96 daN)
(7) If the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6) does not show a result within the limits, reject the latches (2) and (3).
(8) Close the door (1) and remove the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6), the bar and the two BOLT - EYE DIA 0.190-32 UNF (5).
(9) Install the screws (4) at the latch positions (2) and (3).
5. Close-up(1) Remove the screws (4) at the two latch positions (2) and (3).
(2) Attach the two BOLT - EYE DIA 0.190-32 UNF (5) to the door latches (2) and (3).
(3) Put a bar between the BOLT - EYE DIA 0.190-32 UNF (5) and attach the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6) to the center of the bar between the two latches.
(4) Pull the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6) to open the door (1) and make a note of the force necessary.
(5) Close the door (1) and do the test with the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6) again.
(6) The force necessary to open the door (1) is between 166 lbf (73.84 daN) and 200 lbf (88.96 daN)
(7) If the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6) does not show a result within the limits, reject the latches (2) and (3).
(8) Close the door (1) and remove the SPRING BALANCE 100 DAN (225 LBF) (6), the bar and the two BOLT - EYE DIA 0.190-32 UNF (5).
(9) Install the screws (4) at the latch positions (2) and (3).
