A. Application of PWA 36515 Primer
(1) Do the SPOP 208 procedure to clean the area where primer is specified (Ref. AMM TASK 70-27-00-910-804).
(2) Mix the components of theP18-018 primer, epoxy, corrosion inhibiting .

(b) The mixedP18-018 primer, epoxy, corrosion inhibiting must have an equal consistency that is without bubbles, grit, floating pigments or caked pigments.
(3) Apply theP18-018 primer, epoxy, corrosion inhibiting to the surface.
(4) Cure theP18-018 primer, epoxy, corrosion inhibiting at a temperature between 65 deg.F (18 deg.C) and 85 deg.F (29 deg.C) for at least one hour.
(5) Cure theP18-018 primer, epoxy, corrosion inhibiting at a temperature between 145 deg.F (63 deg.C) and 155 deg.F (68 deg.C) with the GUN - HOT AIR for at least one hour.
