A. Installation of the Actuating Mechanism
   (1) Installation of the locking lever assembly (44).
     (a) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.06AAB1) to the contact surfaces of the fitting (53).
     (b) Install the trunnion (49) on the fitting (53).
     (c) Install the fitting (53) with the bolts (54) and the nuts (57).
     (d) Install the bolts (59) and (60) and the nuts (52).
     (e) Tighten the nuts (57).
     (f) Tighten the nuts (52).
     (g) Install the slide (47) on the locking lever (44) with the pin (45).
     (h) Put the spring (48) in position.
     (i) Install the slide (47) in the trunnion (49). Install the bolt (58).
     (j) Install the washer (56).
     (k) Install a new AIPC 56-12-01-01-060 COTTER PIN (55) or AIPC 56-12-81-01-010 COTTER PIN (55).
   (2) Installation of the bellcrank (51).
     (a) Put the bellcrank (51) in position. Install the bolt (61).
     (b) Install the washer (26).
     (c) Install a new
AIPC 56-12-01-01-060 COTTER PIN (25) or AIPC 56-12-81-01-010 COTTER PIN (25).
   (3) Installation of the rod (40).
     (a) Put the rod (40) in position. Install the bolts (43) and (46).
     (b) Install the washers (41) and (39).
     (c) Install a new
AIPC 56-12-01-01-060 COTTER PIN (42) or AIPC 56-12-81-01-010 COTTER PIN (42).
     (d) Install a new
AIPC 56-12-01-01-060 COTTER PIN (38) or AIPC 56-12-81-01-010 COTTER PIN (38).
   (4) Installation of the control lever assembly (31).
     (a) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Fillet - (Material No.
06AAB1) to the contact surfaces of the bracket (24).
     (b) Put the bracket (24) in position. Install the bolts (21) and (22) and the nuts (28) and (27).
     (c) Tighten the nuts (28) and (27).
     (d) Put the control lever (31) in position. Install the bolt (23).
     (e) Install the washer (30).
     (f) Install a new AIPC 56-12-01-01-060 COTTER PIN (29) or AIPC 56-12-81-01-010 COTTER PIN (29).
   (5) Installation of the rod (35).
     (a) Put the rod (35) in position. Install the bolts (50) and (32).
     (b) Install the washers (37) and (33).
     (c) Install a new
AIPC 56-12-01-01-060 COTTER PIN (34) or AIPC 56-12-81-01-010 COTTER PIN (34).
     (d) Install a new
AIPC 56-12-01-01-060 COTTER PIN (36) or AIPC 56-12-81-01-010 COTTER PIN (36).

B. Testing
   (1) Do a functional test of the mechanism to make sure that it operates correctly :
     (a) Operate the sliding window mechanism.
     (b) Do this procedure two times.

A. Installation of the Access Panels
   (1) Make sure that the sliding window is open.
   (2) Installation of the panel 211PW 212PW.
     (a) Put the panel 211PW 212PW in position.
     (b) Install the washer (16) and the screw (15) and tighten them.
     (c) Tighten the fastener (1).
   (3) Installation of the lining panel 211DW 212DW.
     (a) Put the lining panel 211DW 212DW in position.
     (b) Tighten the fasteners (4)
     (c) Install the washers (2) and (5) and the screws (3) and (6) and tighten them.
     (d) Installation of the lining panel 211GW 212GW.
     (e) Put the electrical cable (13) in position on the lining panel.
     (f) Install the clamp (10), the washer (11) and the screw (12) on the support (14). Tighten the screw (12).
     (g) Put the lining panel 211GW 212GW in position.
     (h) Tighten the fasteners (9).
     (i) Install the washers (7) and the screws (8) and tighten them.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
