A. Cleaning of the Fixed Window
(1) Cleaning of the acrylic fixed window (GKN (formerly LUCAS/ACT) supplier, P/N NH...)
(a) Prepare a WATER - SOAPY SOLUTION.
(b) Flush the surface with a large quantity of warm water.
(c) Make sure that there are no abrasive particles on the window.
(d) Use a CHAMOIS LEATHER or a clean and dry lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) with the weak soap and water to clean the surface.
(e) Flush the window with warm water.
(f) Dry with a CHAMOIS LEATHER or a clean and dry lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(g) If it is necessary to clean it again, continue as follows:
1 Clean the window with Aqueous Cleaner-Transparent Plastic - - (Material No.08AFA1) .
2 Flush with a large quantity of warm water.
3 Dry with a CHAMOIS LEATHER or a clean and dry lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(h) If there are scratches or signs of hits on the surface, polish the window as follows:
1 Apply a thin layer of Polishing Paste-Transparent Plastic - - (Material No.14EDB1) to the surface.
2 Immediately clean with a dry and clean lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Cleaning of the glass fixed window (SGS (formerly SPS) supplier, P/N SPSA320... and PPG supplier, P/N NP...)
(a) Clean the surface of the glass fixed window with a SPONGE and a solution (1/3 isopropyl alcohol Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and 2/3 water).
(b) Dry with a CHAMOIS LEATHER or a clean and dry lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
5. Close-up(1) Cleaning of the acrylic fixed window (GKN (formerly LUCAS/ACT) supplier, P/N NH...)
