B. Get Access
(1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the flight controls.
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 6M (20 FT) in position at zone 321.
(3) Remove and discard the self-adhesive disc from the lift point (1).
(4) Remove and keep the plastic plug from the lift point (1).
(5) Install the lift lug (2) in the lift point (1) with the eye-end out.
(6) Put the CRANE HEIGHT 10 M (33 FT) in position.
(7) Attach the 98A55308440001 SLING-UNIVERSAL,TAILPLANE to the lift lug (2).

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-45-11-020-050-A

A. Removal of the Dorsal Fin 321AL
(1) Remove the screws (3) from the dorsal fin (4).

NOTE: Identify the length of the screws for the installation procedure.

(2) With the aid of the crane, carefully disengage and lift the dorsal fin (4) from the aircraft.

NOTE: The HF antenna is installed below the dorsal fin.

(3) Lower the dorsal fin (4) on to a satisfactory support.
(4) Disconnect the sling.
