A. Get Access
(1) Open the main landing-gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
4. Procedure(1) Open the main landing-gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
WARNING:
PUT THE SAFETY DEVICES AND THE WARNING NOTICES IN POSITION BEFORE YOU START A TASK ON OR NEAR:
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M (3 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position under the main landing-gear bay. - THE FLIGHT CONTROLS
- THE FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES
- THE LANDING GEAR AND THE RELATED DOORS
- COMPONENTS THAT MOVE.
Subtask 53-39-00-210-050-A
A. Inspection Procedure
(1) Do the operational check of the drain holes of the rubber flap drain-valves in the pressure floor from the main landing-gear bay:
(a) Make sure that the drain holes in the forward ceiling area of the landing gear bay are not blocked.
(b) If a drain hole is blocked, you must remove the blockage.
(c) Carefully push a PROBE - NON METALLIC, FLEXIBLE into each drain hole and make sure that the rubber seal operates correctly.
5. Close-up(1) Do the operational check of the drain holes of the rubber flap drain-valves in the pressure floor from the main landing-gear bay:
(a) Make sure that the drain holes in the forward ceiling area of the landing gear bay are not blocked.
(b) If a drain hole is blocked, you must remove the blockage.
(c) Carefully push a PROBE - NON METALLIC, FLEXIBLE into each drain hole and make sure that the rubber seal operates correctly.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Close the main landing-gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Close the main landing-gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
FWD Drain Holes - Component Location
