A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the aircraft is in the same configuration as for the removal task.
4. Procedure

A. Preparation for Installation
   (1) Apply Adhesive Tape-Slip Resistant Resilient Legacy (Material No.05TBB9) to the maintenance panels (1), if necessary.
   (2) Clean the component interface and the adjacent area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a clean cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
   (3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
   (4) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

B. Installation of the Maintenance Panels
WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Put the maintenance panels (1) in the installation position.
   (3) Install the screws (2) with the countersunk washers (3).
   (4) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.42 and 0.37 m.daN (37.17 and 32.74 lbf.in ) T.

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the fwd cargo-compartment partitions
131NW 131UW 132PW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-001).
   (3) Close the fwd cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
   (4) Remove the access platform(s).
   (5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
